之前一直book mark左呢間海鮮蒸鍋好耐出名,出名抵食又新鮮,今次終於有機會試到!餐廳入面既位置都算闊落,周圍仲有啲魚虹,可以見到啲海鮮好新鮮咁游緊水,不過又唔會聞到魚腥味。每檯都有一個電蒸爐,上面有個竹蓋,非常特別!我哋揀咗最多人叫既$419套餐,有成十樣野食,超級豐富!餐廳會跟返時節,揀合適既時令海鮮比大家,所以唔同時間黎都可以試到唔同既海鮮~✨日本喜知次喜知次係深海魚黎,產量極少,所以相當名貴。豈知次本身自帶鹹味,油脂豐富,所以就咁食都非常鮮味。✨貝類:青口、鮑魚、螺、月亮貝、珍珠蠔貝類最驚蒸到過熟,呢到既店員會幫你計時開蓋,全程唔洗自己郁手。貝類全部都好新鮮,鮑魚同螺都好彈牙,而且有小工具幫助拆肉,食得好輕鬆。青口、珍珠蠔非常鮮甜,月亮貝帶海水鹹味,唔點豉油都好好食。✨大赤蝦、膏仔蟹、龍蝦見到呢三樣海鮮真係心心眼,三樣都份量充足,超大隻,而且爆哂膏。大赤蝦鮮甜彈牙,味道甜美。膏仔蟹超級肥美,而且肉多膏多,多膏之餘啖啖肉,蟹膏味濃、鮮甜。龍蝦肉雪白吸引,肉質緊緻彈牙,頭部仲有蝦膏,味道比蟹既更香,超級好食!✨蔬菜拼盤+海鮮粥最後仲有蔬菜拼盤,有粟米、娃娃菜同生菜菜,粟米超級甜!海鮮粥就吸收哂之前海鮮既精華,非常鮮甜,加埋菜甫同蔥花就更惹味~最後仲有椰汁雪燕作為完結,非常之滿足! continue reading

諗住食返餐好,所以揀咗嚟食海鮮蒸氣鍋。呢度出晒名好full,所以要一早book定位。一坐低會見佢地將啲碗碟放入蒸氣鍋高溫消毒,然後就睇吓有咩時令海鮮可以揀。最後揀咗$419尊貴海鮮套餐,會有10款食物。今餐係有專人服侍~ 佢哋會逐樣逐樣海鮮咁樣蒸出黎俾我地食,簡直就好似omakase一樣。店員會睇住我哋食嘢嘅時間去蒸下一款海鮮,服務一流🌟野生膏仔蟹雖然話係膏仔蟹,但除咗多膏之外,身形都非常之大隻,膏味濃,肉又厚實,好味😋🌟太平洋饅頭蟹雖然就細隻啲,不過非常之鮮甜,冇諗過蟹係可以咁甜,真係食過返尋味🌟澳洲龍蝦唔使落調味料,清蒸龍蝦🦞以呢個價錢咁新鮮咁大隻,真係非常之抵食🌟九孔鮑魚上枱時候原來已經去除咗內臟,鮑魚味好鮮,而且肉質夠淋易咬,食得好開心🌟日本大赤蝦聽講話係用刺身級數,蝦頭有少少膏而且味道好濃,蝦身就非常之甜呀!🌟野生青口平時食海鮮比較少食青口,但呢度嘅青口非常之鮮甜,仲食到少少海水味🌟日本大元貝食海鮮緊係要食元貝,每人足足一大隻,冇人同我爭,肉夠鮮夠實,好味🌟珍珠蠔雖然蒸蠔好似有啲浪費,不過又不常係一個食鮮味嘅選擇🌟青螺食壽司就見得多,估唔到清蒸黎食都唔錯🌟有機蔬菜籃食到差唔多,食返啲蔬菜balance番👍🏻👍🏻🌟粥底全晚壓軸嘅就係粥底,頭先食過嘅啲海鮮,啲味跌晒落嗰粥底度,加埋芋頭粒,豬肉粒,粟米粒,成個粥非常鮮,非常好味。就好似你平時打邊爐食淨個湯底,會落個公仔麵落去煮嚟食一樣🤣🤣🌟椰汁燉燕窩結尾有一個非常之多燕窩,加入清清地嘅椰汁糖水~ 整餐都食得好開心,食物又好高質,呢啲咪就係滿足囉😆 continue reading

好想食海鮮,所以今晚來到位於九龍城嘅蟹仙海鮮蒸氣鍋,聽聞店主經營海鮮批貨發多年,所以能夠搜羅最新鮮最抵嘅時令海鮮。職員先將我哋嘅食具用蒸氣鍋消毒一次,夠晒衛生。然後好耐心咁講解每個set有咩特點同有邊幾樣時令海鮮。最後我哋揀左$419 啲個套餐,包9樣海鮮同一個蔬菜籃,算係中價而又樣樣都有好豐富。基本上全程有職員侍奉,唔洗自己搞,職員會按著食材嘅味道由淺至濃,續一幫你蒸。因為唔同海鮮有唔同所需嘅時間(非常嚴謹😆),所以海鮮係續樣蒸,等你食完先蒸下一道,感覺好似食緊海鮮版fine dine而啲餐係有12個courses🤣🤣🤣以下係套餐有嘅內容:1. 野生日本大赤蝦2. 台灣九孔鮑魚3. 韓國釜山珍珠蠔4. 日本大元貝5. 大西洋活青口6. 加拿大翡翠螺7. 澳洲青年龍蝦8. 太平洋饅頭蟹9. 菲律賓大黃奄蟹10. 有機蔬菜籃基本上樣樣海鮮都咁正,唔單止夠新鮮夠鮮甜,海鮮都係選用入口靚貨而唔係本地平價貨。最重要一點係全程由職員監控,蒸嘅時間全部都係啱啱好,將海鮮最完美嘅一面呈現你面前。比起去西貢食海鮮大部分食材都經過烹調,蟹仙俾到你嘅就係「完汁完味」,甚至乎豉油都唔使點,食嘅就係海鮮最原始的味道「鮮味」。食完海鮮個湯底就變成粥。啲個粥底吸收晒所有海鮮嘅精華,鮮甜味爆登,同平時食嘅粥底火鍋完全係兩回事,真係好味到不得了!最後仲送上椰汁雪燕做甜品,為今餐海鮮盛宴畫上完美句號。總結:價錢唔算平,食完個$419 set其實唔係好飽😅,不過啲餐係重質不重量,全部海鮮都係高質貨,以啲個價錢有咁多高質海鮮已經係超乎預期👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
