To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九龍城呢間海鮮蒸氣鍋有好多明星黎食過,所以我同朋友都去試下,叫咗個每位$419嘅set,海鮮每日由唔同地方運到,高質而且好夠飽!⭐秘製原隻南非乾鮑呢款係前菜,鮑魚煮得軟腍,鮑汁滲透,濃香入味,質感一流。仲有粒大冬菇,完全索哂鮑汁嘅鮮味。⭐加拿大野生海虎蝦蝦肉爽而彈牙,蝦頭仲有少少膏。⭐韓國釜山野生鰻魚蒸得啱啱好,食落爽口而且冇骨。⭐黃金翡翠螺蒸氣帶出螺肉嘅鮮甜,有嚼勁,跟職員建議點刺身豉油同wasabi食,鮮味更加突出。⭐蟹皇大元貝肉厚鮮甜,入口滿滿海鮮甜香。⭐韓國釜山蠔蒸氣輕煮,蠔肉保持creamy,海水味濃,鮮到爆。⭐大西洋野生青口青口肉質好嫩,食到海水嘅味道,唔駛點醬汁都好夠味。⭐野生琵琶龍蝦第一次試呢款海鮮,肉質彈牙,味道比平時食開嘅龍蝦更鮮甜。⭐野生奄仔蟹來自菲律賓未交配過嘅奄仔蟹,超多蟹膏,蒸氣煮法留住蟹膏濃香,鮮味突出,肉質嫩滑好食。⭐有機蔬菜籃蒸氣煮得蔬菜嫩綠,清新解膩,保留自然甜味。⭐海鮮粥用蒸氣海鮮嘅精華熬粥,特別鮮甜,加埋蔥花同葱菜落去,味道層次更加提升。整體黎講,呢餐嘅海鮮好新鮮,蒸煮方式鎖住原味,每道菜都鮮甜可口,值得推介!

放工與同事相約九龍城尋味,踏入「蟹仙海鮮蒸氣鍋」,撲面而嚟嘅係海洋嘅氣息,因為呢度主打食海鮮蒸鍋。呢間街坊小店藏著驚喜——以蒸鍋鎖住最純粹嘅海鮮甜味,十款環球海鮮輪住上陣,人均四百嘅價位竟然食得出高級品質。 先以秘製南非乾鮑做前菜,鮑魚口感彈韌如,醬汁微微鹹香,絶無掩蓋本身嘅鮮味,調味恰到好處。重頭戲係野生奄仔蟹,開半即見金黃流沙,蟹膏豐腴如奶黃醬,蟹肉飽滿彈牙,自帶海水甘甜,完全唔需要添加調味,我同同事瞬間靜默,忙於拆殼吮指。更意外嘅係琵琶蝦,蝦肉飽滿似龍蝦,價位卻親民得多,性價比之王當之無愧。 釜山鰻魚,皮滑肉彈,魚油香氣隨蒸氣竄升,蘸少少芥茉豉油如點睛。加拿大海虎蝦:蝦頭藏琥珀色蝦腦,甜度直逼舌尖,蝦肉鮮甜爽口,一隻真係太少;(當然你可以加錢再叫嘅…)韓國釜山蠔:又大又肥美,連埋啲蠔汁入口時,蒜蓉蔥油僅是配角。甲殼類大軍壓境~~紐西蘭刀貝爽脆,大西洋野生青口肉逆先甜彈牙。蟹黃醬大元貝配上店家秘製蟹黃醬,鹹鮮加倍,無需調味已夠吸引。 高潮過後,雜菜盤適時登場。甜粟米爽甜爆汁,娃娃菜清甜,中和滿桌濃郁。壓軸海鮮粥非同凡響,芋頭綿密,配著排骨肉香,每粒米都吸飽十種海鮮精華,暖胃程度破頂。甜品椰汁雪燕畫下完美句點,椰汁香配雪燕爽滑,甜度調控得剛剛好。 今晚蒸鍋,讓我見識到海鮮最純粹的美味:無需花巧調味,新鮮即是王道。店家深諳「不時不食」之道,環球搜羅當季靚貨,四百零蚊食盡七大洋,仲想點?當然毫克仲有其他選擇,套餐又平有貴,豐儉由人!
