呢晚約咗朋友仔去九龍城食海鮮蒸鍋😋啱晒喜歡💕食海鮮嘅我哋~6點幾一入到去見餐廳已經坐滿,幸好原來餐廳仲有上層😆Menu有8款/10款/13款海鮮套餐選擇,我哋揀咗尊貴海鮮套餐(10款),每位$399💕餐具喺客人入座前放喺蒸鍋蒸氣高溫消毒,感覺非常衛生👍🏻 店員先上已加上米、芋粒、排骨、粟米,水嘅鍋底,蒸海鮮時鍋底一邊煮粥,海鮮精華一邊流晒落去粥度,令粥底非常鮮甜😚首先上較淡味海鮮:台灣九孔鮑魚、越南大虎蝦、太平洋野生青口、紐西蘭刀貝蚌、日本大元貝、韓國慶南珍珠蠔🦪九孔鮑魚鮮甜爽口、刀貝甜美青口味道同平時唔同,口感柔軟亦多了份海水咸香味!珍珠蠔細細粒但充滿海水味大元貝清甜爽滑,連殼啲汁都啜埋到濃味海鮮:大黃奄蟹、饅頭蟹、澳洲青年龍蝦🦞期間店員會幫忙蒸海鮮,上碟時仲會介紹一下食法同特色,店員話全部海鮮都係野生而非養殖,每批貨都係老闆親身去揀,由十幾歲到而家六十幾歲,經驗豐富,唔怪得啲海鮮咁靚仔☺️其中最愛菲律賓大黃奄蟹,蟹肉頂角結實,一人半隻,淨睇橫切面都爆晒膏!饅頭蟹第一次食,細細隻,但肉味非常香濃!原來饅頭蟹住深海底,船家等佢地游上淺水地方繁殖先捕捉到,所以好少有😯龍蝦膏黃肉白,蝦肉亦十分彈牙!基本上所有海鮮都冇沾豉油食,都好夠味😋有機蔬菜🥬籃:娃娃菜、唐生菜、粟米🌽,加埋最後嘅精華粥底,份量啱啱好👍🏻最後仲有甜品送😍 椰汁雪燕燉官燕,濃濃椰香,但味道清甜,啱晒唔鍾意太甜嘅朋友🥰 continue reading

屯馬線開咗去九龍城搵嘢食真係好方便,但係今日又唔想食泰國嘢同潮州嘢。咁不如打邊爐啊,朋友又話熱氣,怕熱氣不如食蒸加啦!太熱啦見到呢間勁近地鐵站既蟹仙海鮮蒸氣鍋就衝入去坐低😫😫😫坐低咗之後店員向我哋推介套餐,依家仲有5折只係399就可以一次過食晒唔同種類嘅海鮮,同埋佢哋嘅海鮮都主要野生為主。唔想諗嘢嘅朋友嗌套餐絕對係明智既選擇。成個過程店員都不斷係側邊為我哋蒸海鮮同講解,十分之細心!越南大虎蝦唔算話超大隻,口感爽口Juicy,蝦頭裏面嘅汁帶鮮甜嘅味道。日本大元貝雖然蒸完之後有啲縮水,元貝嘅裙邊爽口,元貝肉細嫩。韓國慶南珍珠蠔珍珠蠔比較細隻,但蠔味一啲都唔小,食完之後口入面仍然keep住有好嘅香味。台灣九孔鮑魚都算係偏大隻,口感軟熟而且鮮甜。太平洋野生青口店員極力推介佢哋嘅青口,係市場上少有嘅新鮮青口。店員話青口裏便嗰條草,係要野生嘅青口先會有。平時嗰啲青口冇咬口食落又粉,呢隻野生青口肉質竟然係嫩滑既!推介推介!紐西蘭刀貝呢個口感就一般,而且有啲un!澳洲龍蝦龍蝦嘅肉好豐滿,一叉落去成條肉起出黎食,肉感正,味道鮮甜好重龍蝦味!太平洋饅頭蟹呢隻蟹個樣好得意圓轆轆,佢個味好甜,但係肉真係好少,想大大啖食都唔得🥲大黃奄蟹咁多款海鮮我最欣賞係呢隻蟹,又多膏又多肉,店員話係來自菲律賓。扯啲蟹腳出嚟d蟹肉係一梳梳連住🥰蟹鉗裏便都係超厚肉!蟹膏又唔苦,同蟹肉一樣好鮮甜!食完有幸福滿足嘅感覺!開頭以為每樣得壹舊會唔飽,最後食埋隻蟹之後原來都真係會飽,真係眼闊肚窄🤣最後食埋充滿海鮮精華嘅粥底,真係飽到上喉嚨。食埋個椰汁燉官燕perfect ending🥰 continue reading
