One of my favourite Japanese cuisine in Hong Kong. The must try dish will be the japanese omelette, tamagoyaki. Chef has pay effort in rolling together several layers of fried egg. The rolled egg tastes fluffy. Also, there are plenty of barbecue dishes here. The beef tongue is tender, which I will come again for it!
