Business was good on Sunday at this traditional tofu eatery, her tofu custard is smaller in size than the Kung Wo's nearby, contained in a green pastic bowl, a few spoonfuls of grinded crane sugar had already been sprinkled on top when it was served.You could get the taste and smell of bean, for the first few mouthfuls at least, texture was smooth and silky enough, but for me I had to put the enviromental factors out of my mind before I could fully appreciate it.
