已經食過好多次,今日帶埋媽咪嚟食❤️今日下晝三點幾都差唔多坐滿晒,可能因為今日30幾度嘅關係,個阿姐都好好火,我哋叫遲少少個豆腐花,你都感受到嗰種壓力。不過為咗唔好影響自己食豆腐花嘅心情,就加多啲體諒啦。 我哋叫咗兩個熱豆腐花,同埋一個雜果芒果豆腐花,豆腐花其實都真係幾好食,因為比較實在啲,唔會咁稀,有獨特嘅豆香味😋 另外,我覺得最好食就係個魚蛋同埋個煎豆腐,所以最後order都買咗魚蛋同埋煎豆腐返屋企當加餸,個魚蛋又彈牙又新鮮,都真係幾值得食。 continue reading

最近喺網上睇到義香今年九月因為重建要清拆,聽咗咁多年都未食過,終於嚟試一次!一向好鍾意豆漿豆腐花嘅我,呢間真係好正老闆娘好得意,好有禮貌🥰叫咗個水晶珠雜果豆腐花、綠豆豆腐花、煎釀豆腐,黃糖加白糖自己落,最鍾意想甜啲就落多啲,人大咗想食原味豆腐花,呢個真係好香。但最令我驚喜嘅係佢哋煎釀豆腐,個豆腐真係好好食!好大粒豆味好濃郁!同埋好平呀 先$11希望我仲有時間會過嚟幫襯佢多一次或幾次,再買個腐乳送俾屋企人食 continue reading

今天去了九龍城也是要去這一間必去的豆腐店-義香豆腐店。因為聽說他好像是做到這個月,所以現在我去九龍城就一定回去吃一下,也順便買一些外賣。這次單純買了一些外賣。豆腐花:還是很香濃的,都會加上一些焦糖味青椒三寶:他的魚肉很有彈性,再加上豆腐的濃味非常的好吃豆腐:買回家煮了酸辣湯,用這個豆腐真的是非常紮實,也特別彈性又濃的豆味把整個湯的層次都增加。黑豆漿:這個黑豆漿是我喝過最香濃又好喝的。希望他可以繼續開,讓我有機會繼續吃那麼好吃的豆腐 continue reading

【2024 年 10 月】去開九龍城都會嚟飲杯豆漿食碗豆腐花隨著九龍城區嘅重建 ...唔知呢啲老店又做到幾時 ...趁仲有得食就要好好珍惜啦 ~~義香豆腐食品係九龍城僅存嘅豆腐廠前舖後工場,開了近三十多年嘅老字號豆品廠豆品係每日現磨現做架豆腐花豆味香濃又嫩滑豆漿除了豆香仲帶點微微焦香味仲有青椒三寶也係必食,啱啱煎好熱騰騰最好食最鍾意煎釀豆腐外面脆脆地又夠豆味食完仲會買啲豆品返去 ~~** 以上分享是以我的口味、體質和情況作出分享及感受,一試 / 合用與否請自行決定 continue reading

九龍城義香 一 帶樓宇將被收購重建,義香呢類傳統豆品店將買少見少。 行開九龍城,去幫襯吓,感受老鋪情懷、風味和順道見吓老闆鳳姐嘅風采。熱豆腐花$10豆腐花嫩滑,灑上黃糖,比較配用糖水嘅豆花,口感更豐富。如豆味在濃郁些,就更完美囉!煎釀豆腐$11豆腐紮實,豆味比豆腐花濃郁,煎得香脆內軟,讓上新鮮魚肉,美味可口,真的不錯!最後,外賣了一支無糖豆漿$15,豆味尚算濃郁順滑,特別之處,豆漿大一點點,柴火蕉香味,皮特別。整體來說,價錢合理,味道不錯,如有興趣幫襯要把握機會囉。 continue reading
