To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次來到這家位於灣仔的唐樓樓上店,皆因一文青女友人對復古裝修的喜愛。所以,這篇食評除了寫食物,更多是寫這餐廳的氛圍。店位處於唐一樓,我們從樓梯拾級而上,樓梯轉角都貼上了店家的趣怪語錄,讓你會心微笑。當晚我們共點了五杯不同飲料和四個小菜,味道都不錯,但外表稍欠精緻。 個人覺得焦糖奶茶凍最令人回味,可惜忘了相機食先,沒能附上圖片。雖然這家店的味道沒有太大驚喜,但服務貼心。我們提前訂位更安排了稍安靜的角落。而且入到店內,相信男生女生都無法抗拒拍照。店員都很樂意幫忙。雖然短期內未必會再臨,但拍下的每一張照片都有朋友的面書上大大被讚。想拍照,重情調的朋友不妨一試。
