同朋友一齊嚟咗呢間餐廳食晚餐🤣秘魯吞拿魚拌蕃茄莎莎配香烤鱈魚脆片及黑醋汁Ceviche Tuna Salsa with Crispy Dried Cod Fillet and Balsamic Glaze:Ceviche 係一道用檸汁同埋其他調味料醃製嘅魚生或貝類食物,被「聯合國教科文組織」認定為「秘魯傳統美食」同埋「人類非物質文化遺產」,我去過秘魯旅行,咁當然響秘魯食過,其實好多其他中南美洲國家亦都有自己嘅版本,我喺墨西哥、阿根廷、智利、巴西都食過,不過其實我唔係好知不同地區嘅版本有乜分別🤣;呢間餐廳嘅 Ceviche 味道幾有趣,仲連埋一塊脆片🤣蒜片橄欖油封大蝦配佛卡夏多士 Garlic Prawns Confit with Focaccia Toast:Gambas al Ajillo 真係食過唔少🤣,亦都喺西班牙🇪🇸食過傳統嘅做法🤩,呢度係有創意煮法😁,蝦仁🍤肉質結實,蒜片🧄煎炸得幾香口🤩和風原隻磯煮鮑魚配野菌意大利飯 Japanese Style Risotto with Isoyaki Abalone with Mushroom:原隻磯煮鮑魚大大隻幾好味🤣,意大利飯煮得甜甜
