Pearadise 係The Pearl其中一個主打創意cocktail,以法國甜酒作基底,配搭港式冰糖雪梨而做嘅餐前酒,入口微酸清爽,雪梨味適中回甘而酒味不重,配埋面頭古典髮簪裝飾打卡一流,好適合不嗜烈酒嘅女性朋友。


Wandering Voyage
不得不講,真係做得好出色,係市面比較少見到既cocktail。佢係用冧酒加上厚厚奶泡,營造出手搖嘅感覺,飲落去好過癮,少少甜有班蘭味。面頭仲有一粒爆谷增加口感,飲完會多條 cream beard𠻹!


整體黎講,The Pearl 既食物同飲品都好有水準,再加埋佢成個氛圍,好適合同朋友黎Chillchill 傾下計同放鬆。走個陣個staff同我地傾咗2句,話如果我下次黎想黎飲嘢同食小小嘢,佢地都會供應到清晨2:00。

The Pearl 呢間係尖沙咀型格酒吧餐廳已經嚟過好幾次。佢係一間酒店嘅餐廳。cocktail好飲,嘢食好食,真心唔差。🍽 今次我哋叫咗:Fig & Parma Ham Salad 🥗鹹甜配搭好清爽,parma ham係大片滑身,唔會過鹹Tuna Avocado Foam Tartare 🥑Avocado配吞拿魚tartare,入口creamy但唔膩,幾新鮮。Japanese Style Linguine with Shrimp 🍝呢個好食,個汁係好重鰹魚味非常香,蝦大隻有口感。Grilled Hanger Steak 🥩:5成熟啱啱好,牛味都幾濃。Mocktail: First Crush 入邊有菠蘿,青瓜,飲落去勁refreshing,好飲!Passionate Night 入邊有提子,百香果,飲落唔會覺得甜,都好飲!啱啱嗰日坐喺吧枱,啲Bartender 全部都係後生仔,好有禮貌,feel到佢哋好鍾意chok😂 女仔服務員都非常之型格靚女,懷疑呢間其實主打後生靚仔靚女😆😆
