To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為疫情嘅關係，好耐冇出去食野同寫食評，今次終於又被我發現到一間隱世食店！唔係朋友介紹都唔會發現到呢間鋪頭🤣雖然佢位於中環鬧市，好近蘭桂芳，但係棟大廈實在太舊🤭架𨋢郁嘅時候仲會chok下咁，搭到有啲驚🤣今次黎食Set Lunch，價位由$98-138 不等，包湯同野飲，係中環區西餐黎講價位算平。鋪頭入面唔大，可以睇到廚房入面，可以睇住佢地準備野食🤣是日餐湯係忌廉湯，佢唔係行creamy 嘅路線，而係好足料同texture 好rich，啖啖都食到蘑菇，好有飽腹感🥰正餐我就揀咗Clam Spaghetti，一上菜我就被佢個size 嚇親🤭估唔到有咁多Clams ，而且好新鮮，個湯都好清甜，估唔到係中環呢個價位可以食到咁高與嘅野食！性價比超高！！強烈推薦！然後友人食咗個魚柳配薯蓉，我試咗啖薯蓉，好滑又creamy! 超高質！中環區西餐廳林立，多數都係外國人開，而呢間餐廳就係香港人開，用廣東話落單特別有親切感🤣性價比又高，強烈推薦大家黎食！唯一美中不足嘅係杯凍奶茶太甜，大家如果飲凍奶茶可以叫佢小甜！
