To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳係荷里活廣場2樓，岩晒shopping完去食。晚市時段入去唔太多人，2人都坐到4人卡位，坐得幾舒服。😙••✅巴東牛肉配小魚椰漿飯🐂 $74巴東牛肉採用牛腩部位，好淋，亦有少少筋位，煮得都好淋好入味。醬汁香濃稠身，送飯幾好。另配有3-4嚿似豆卜嘅物體，原來係魚腐，有驚喜! 不過牛肉份量唔夠，得2嚿大1嚿細，唔太抵食…••✅南洋肉骨茶飯🐷 $68肉骨茶有香濃藥材味，排骨好淋，亦都好入味。可惜骨多過肉，有少少唔抵，呢個價錢值得多少少肉~
