To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過見到有下午茶牌,叫左2個餐(大滿足餐同叫肉骨茶)但份量一般,有個2塊豬肉烏冬同小雞飯轉其他粉面加6蚊,不是嗎??肉骨茶,3舊肉,魚蛋,豆卜好快食完,野食不太熱,常溫上餐是否放太耐裝修唔錯,都好過越淺店裝修既,但服務一般收服務費加1但不知道有什麼服務,水都沒有,餐具自己枱拎要行去門口俾錢,無銀聯,無微信支付,要非轉電子方式俾錢時,個收銀叫後面個個呀嬸俾錢先,行前俾錢先最後被打尖埋單,加我要付現金,餐廳好等錢洗??服務不太好,仲收加1

呢一間海南雞嘅下午茶套餐真係好實惠!出面嘅海南雞飯郁唔郁都係八$90甚至上100但係呢一間嘅下午茶呢60幾蚊就搞掂啦!下午茶套餐呢,我今次就嗌咗一個A餐。咁就有烏冬亦都有海南雞,同埋有配埋小食。佢d海南雞真係好正,啲肉質好鮮甜,雞有雞味。我好鍾意食佢配嘅嗰個酸菜個酸菜搭配上烏冬麵湯幾正。啲雞唔會太熟,亦都唔會太老,肉質啱啱好,唔會好韌。下午茶時間都好多人排隊㗎,大家可以算好時間再過去,仲有其他好多餐下次再介紹!

難得星期五晚喺荷里活廣場,BUGIS@叻沙·海南雞飯都唔使排隊就入得。今次試咗海南雞飯同埋肉骨茶。相對於佢嘅海南雞飯,我比較欣賞佢嘅肉骨茶。好多料!至於嗰杯疑似美祿恐龍嘅特飲,就噱頭野居多,一試無妨。
