, not soft enough and without strong taste of abalone sauce sadly, should be dipped insides the sauce for longer time

Jian Dui with egg yolk custard which is fried heap in English, that’s my first time see this combination and I having quite high expection on this new dish. However, it comes out a bit disappointing, jian Dui outsides layer is similar to other cha lau

, and expecting very yummy custard sauce insides, it only having little sauce insides sadly and not melting too. Overall which is just fine

Fried Taro cake is a bit tasteless, very crispy the outside layer though the taro sauce is a bit lacking of taste, seem there’s no any seasoning insides the taro. But the texture is very good with smooth smashed taro which I quite like haa
