御寶軒有兩間分店,我去開嗰間喺尖沙咀北京道一號。餐廳連續五年攞到米芝蓮一星⭐️,景觀一流,向海🌊,食飯可以睇到幻彩詠香江🎆🏙,但係網上評價參差🧐我喺御寶軒食過一次佢嘅芝士焗龍蝦伊麵(第一張圖),雖然超過HK$2000,但係真係好食,芝士味濃🧀,龍蝦多肉🦞我最鍾意嘅一道菜係佢個海鮮泡飯(第二張圖)。泡飯個湯好好飲😋,脆米另上,加落熱辣辣嘅湯裏面會渣渣聲💥椒鹽白飯魚🍤(第三張圖)夠脆口。蝦醬鮮魷🦑(第四張圖)OK,但係略嫌蝦醬味唔夠。牛柳(第五張圖)賣相有待改善😔。。。咕嚕肉(第六張圖)真係唔得,皮唔夠脆,肉唔夠嫩,最大鑊係嗰醬,好杰好似蜜糖咁,凍咗仲嚴重😩甜品方面🍮🍡,流沙包(第七張圖)同擂沙湯丸(第八至第九張圖)唔錯,夠軟熟。整體我覺得可以嘅,始終個景同地點拉左唔少分。御寶軒好嘅地方係豐儉由人,平有平食貴有貴食👍💰: HK$400-500 pp (Dinner)💝: 6.5/10 continue reading

老實說餐廳與海旁相隔太遠而且玻璃灰矇矇唔乾淨因此海景唔太吸引食物的質素才是重點.《杏汁豬肺湯》先出場的杏汁豬肺湯真係有驚艷到我杏汁味好出完全冇平時酒樓飲到個種廉價的內臟味道豬肺好爽滑呢個湯絕對係必點.《白灼豬潤》再來一碟內臟豬潤厚身爽脆千祈唔好錯過墊底既芽菜拌勻熟油豉油薑絲一齊食好好味.《脆米海鮮湯浸東星班》另一款必點菜新鮮的東星即劏即煮魚肉鮮嫩魚皮彈牙脆米海鮮湯這個做法將整碟菜提升至另一層次海鮮湯代替蒸魚豉油令東星肉更鮮味脆米浸於湯裏依然脆口這種味道絕非筆墨形容很想encore .《黃金焗鮮魷》邪惡的咸蛋黃脆皮外層包住軟滑的鮮魷一d都唔靭雖然食完一舊都有少少膩但係又心思思想食多件唯獨害怕膽固醇超標.《金牌鹽焗雞》聽聞呢款又係名物但相對於前幾款咁出色的菜餚鹽焗雞相對上顯得普通左少少但不得不讚既係即使雞胸肉都係嫩口.《上湯蒜子豆苗》上湯豆苗正常發揮豆苗很嫩伴有少少酒香味.《薑蔥粉絲焗中蝦煲》最不推的菜色整體味道唔夾或者本身先入為主⋯以為會有泰國建興的粉絲蝦煲風味結果粉絲冇索到d蝦味而且薑蔥味又唔突出連預期既鑊氣又冇食既只不過係粉絲同蝦放埋一齊既煲仔菜《合桃露》合桃露顏色濃郁但合桃味淡點了才後悔該選杏仁露畢竟杏汁豬肺湯咁出色 continue reading
