今日要返公司總部上堂,溫故知新,公司上司邀請我們一齊去吃午餐,慶祝中秋節訂了北京道一號十樓御寶軒原來這間酒樓是米芝蓮星級,真是有口福間隔不太開揚,不像傳統的酒樓,分開幾部份,我們那邊有落地玻璃窗望到海景,景觀一流老闆請食飯,我們七個女人,秉承食人食出汗的優良傳統,狂點蜆介鯪魚球,金磚豆腐,椒鹽魷魚酥這些點心,極有水準,特別是金磚豆腐,外脆內滑,回味無窮燒腩仔雖然比較迷你,但係極之好味,皮脆回香豆苗餃,蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕比較失准,豆苗餃感覺一般金銀蛋莧菜鹹蛋跟皮蛋混合,這碟菜,整得很好味,沒放很多油,感覺沒有什麼味精,正!瑤柱蛋白炒飯飯一粒一粒,師傅手勢很好還有雲吞,蝦餃,燒賣奶黃包,食到唔停得口值得推薦的是牛柳粒和,蝦米煎腸粉,簡直冇得輸,牛柳軟滑,腸粉入味這麼多碟點心,在我們狂風掃落葉之下,竟然清空所以不要看輕女人 continue reading

差评理由:1: 菜品一般,起码我点的四个菜,对于我这种对食物没什么要求的人都觉得一般.2: 叫服务人员推荐一条鱼.推荐了160一两的鱼。我说帮忙控制下重量,不要太贵. 最后结账3680文.吓到我吐血.3:我不知道他是不是听不懂普通话,还是对我们有种很有钱的错觉,给我们下了一条这么贵的鱼,也不会想到来询问我们下!叫人难以理解!4:我去结账,给了信用卡,直接刷卡再叫我对菜单,我才看到这个巨贵的鱼!不知所措,时间着急,职能结账离开!5:(3)个人吃了5260港币,导致我不知道如何跟老板解释,害我失眠一晚!影响今天工作!6:有没有办法投诉,实在想不通呢!7:去吃的下次注意,不要上当!8:起码我吃的菜都真的是一般般! continue reading

海景中菜選擇很少,想有乳豬全體又出名好食的中菜亦唔多,尖沙咀御寶軒是其中一間。乳豬:老師傅親自操刀,早三日預訂,新鮮當日即做。皮脆肉嫩、油脂不多、新鮮往往加好多分。籠蝦:啖啖肉,雖然好多醬汁,但蝦身夠厚所以味道適中。椒煮斑:每餐都要有魚的香港人,點呢個就無錯喇!清淡帶微辣,開胃!btw 果晚好滿好嘈,靚景嘆唔到,好彩食物一流。銅鑼灣都會分店,但無海景,眼中只有豬的可以多個選擇。 continue reading
