福建炒飯很足料,有叉燒、蝦仁、芥蘭頭、茹、肉絲等。茨汁味道十分鮮美,帶有高湯風味,而質地稠度剛好,沒有太厚稠。配上飯粒粒粒分明的炒飯軟硬適中,帶一點旦香,加埋鮮爽配料,口感豐富,好味道。


這一天的午餐的味道十分不錯,最愛那陽光海景和有型的室內設計。相比國金軒,兩家的味道唔差太多,個人比較偏愛後教多一點,點心外觀和味道更加精緻。

上湯雞:本來我地叫蒸雞件,但侍應落錯單。上湯雞入味,可惜韌咗d,後來剩幾件都不想再咬了
壽桃:餡料算多

環境:適合同朋友吹水

埋單:$1800。如果食海景 view,都還可以。但無 view和這個食物質素,我覺得不太值。

今天我們一行七人 12:30 pm 到店內午饍飲茶,當叫了點心後,加碟星洲炒米,另一待表應突然衝過來說今天有半份糯米乳豬,平時需要預訂,今天剛有客人不要全部,還有半份,非常難得,問我們要唔要,因為大家正在討論工作,一時大意説了 ok, 沒有問詳情。到上檯時,發現唔對板,乳豬八件,皮下脂肪肥膏幾厚, 不熱不冷, 看似隔夜,加上放在一隻小碟上,沒有裝飾,我們勉強吃完了,碟星米都唔好得去邊,完全冇黃姜咖喱味,到埋單時竟然要收 480 就係碟豬,先知真係中咗計, 平均每件隔夜豬要66 元,加上味道麻麻又肥利。因為趕時間回公司,沒有同店員爭論,我們只是覺得店員找人頂佐碟隔夜嘢,身為一間出名的中菜館,又係 大銀行經常包房請客的地方,這樣做生意實在唔應該,今後都唔再幫襯。

今日要返公司總部上堂,溫故知新,公司上司邀請我們一齊去吃午餐,慶祝中秋節訂了北京道一號十樓御寶軒原來這間酒樓是米芝蓮星級,真是有口福間隔不太開揚,不像傳統的酒樓,分開幾部份,我們那邊有落地玻璃窗望到海景,景觀一流老闆請食飯,我們七個女人,秉承食人食出汗的優良傳統,狂點蜆介鯪魚球,金磚豆腐,椒鹽魷魚酥這些點心,極有水準,特別是金磚豆腐,外脆內滑,回味無窮燒腩仔雖然比較迷你,但係極之好味,皮脆回香豆苗餃,蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕比較失准,豆苗餃感覺一般金銀蛋莧菜鹹蛋跟皮蛋混合,這碟菜,整得很好味,沒放很多油,感覺沒有什麼味精,正!瑤柱蛋白炒飯飯一粒一粒,師傅手勢很好還有雲吞,蝦餃,燒賣奶黃包,食到唔停得口值得推薦的是牛柳粒和,蝦米煎腸粉,簡直冇得輸,牛柳軟滑,腸粉入味這麼多碟點心,在我們狂風掃落葉之下,竟然清空所以不要看輕女人

雖然比較迷你,但係極之好味,皮脆回香
豆苗餃,蘿蔔糕
蘿蔔糕比較失准,豆苗餃感覺一般
金銀蛋莧菜
鹹蛋跟皮蛋混合,這碟菜,整得很好味,沒放很多油,感覺沒有什麼味精,正!
瑤柱蛋白炒飯
飯一粒一粒,師傅手勢很好
還有雲吞,蝦餃,燒賣奶黃包,食到唔停得口
值得推薦的是牛柳粒和,蝦米煎腸粉,簡直冇得輸,牛柳軟滑,腸粉入味
這麼多碟點心,在我們狂風掃落葉之下,竟然清空
所以不要看輕女人

差评理由:1: 菜品一般,起码我点的四个菜,对于我这种对食物没什么要求的人都觉得一般.2: 叫服务人员推荐一条鱼.推荐了160一两的鱼。我说帮忙控制下重量,不要太贵. 最后结账3680文.吓到我吐血.3:我不知道他是不是听不懂普通话,还是对我们有种很有钱的错觉,给我们下了一条这么贵的鱼,也不会想到来询问我们下!叫人难以理解!4:我去结账,给了信用卡,直接刷卡再叫我对菜单,我才看到这个巨贵的鱼!不知所措,时间着急,职能结账离开!5:(3)个人吃了5260港币,导致我不知道如何跟老板解释,害我失眠一晚!影响今天工作!6:有没有办法投诉,实在想不通呢!7:去吃的下次注意,不要上当!8:起码我吃的菜都真的是一般般!

金牌蜜汁腩叉味道口感不錯,之前想食但怕太肥,好開心今次可以食到,腩叉肥瘦肉分別一層一層,食落口簡直係一種享受,一d都唔肥膩。

自選小菜兩款(午餐宴E)~
♦️南乳炆齋煲: 這道菜反而有點遜色,明顯是將所有放晒去烚的感覺,沒有是先炒後炆的感覺。



最近去完台灣回來,發現台灣每間食店都是用上這種膠的纖柔牙籤,反而香港很少食店用上,今日終於發現御寶軒用這類型牙籤,一樂。
