My friend who lives nearby told me about this little new joint. Saying that they have an interesting dessert that is made with fish maw, which is a great supplement of collagen. Usually fish maw is used in savory chinese dishes or in soups. Immediately, i am intrigued and so went to try out 2 days ago.The decor of the shop is clean and minimal. The decor of the shop is clean and minimal. Staffs are quite friendly and patient in explaining what's on the menu. They not only have chinese style desserts but also western ones like soufle and waffle. In fact, they are having rose cheesecake on menu now. Perhaps i will go back to try in a few days' time
Let's go back to the fish maw which i intend to try in the first place.... It's being stewed with mainly milk. There are other ingredients too but not sure what their names are. However, it doesn't taste too sweet or too rich. Everything is just the way I like it . Wow... and the amount of fish maw they are serving... it is quite a bit ... considering that it's an expensive ingredient (if u don't already know). Yum yum! I think i m definitely coming back for more
