Finally going to try the steamed hot pot with my grandy and the restaurant here offers freshseafood. On the table, we can find this cone! actually it is the top of the steamed pot, and there is some air hole for the steam to leak out, preventing the air pressure inside becoming too high!

The set we ordered included the lobster. The lobster is not very fatty but after steaming, the texture of it is very nice and chewy in a well manner. Besides, the taste of it is very natural and you can also found the scent of seawater! slight salty and very fresh, you may have a bite of it before adding any sauce to try out the original flavour

We also have some shell-kind seafood and not to miss the oyster! The oyster is quite huge in size and it is awesome. Slight salty as the sea and the taste of oyster is sweet. When we bite the oyster, the content inside just simply burst out. Not to worry that it may have some weird taste as the eldery may not like it, they also put some ginger on top to let those smell escape away!

I would say the most important thing would be the congee. Actually before having any steamed seafood and beef, the rice, pumpkin and the pork are adding under the pot. So wehen we are steming the food, the steam will be condense to water again and slowly adding to the rice. Then it is becoming congee slowly.

The congee just absorb the flavour and taste of all the food, however i think if they can be cooked for a longer time, the quality would be even better!
