To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由禁飛等位到埋單已經覺得服務員態度差首先 我地係有8個人黎食,有四個人未到於是嘗試向服務員講比下一枱人入先(因為有限用膳時間一個半小時)個黑色短髮服務員十問九唔應,對客人語氣有待改善,還顯得不耐煩,(請留意自己的職責)終於人到齊,我地下一張枱都入得去,點好餐,準備進食 食物質素尚算可以,由於點得太多食物,另外一隻扁皮鴨要打包,於是叫服務員打包,她已告知我們要收外賣餐盒費用,但餐盒拿到是叫我地自己包好,(錢識收而沒有服務?)就算我去打冷,員工都會幫我包起來,我以為這間受歡迎餐廳服務也不算例外,但出於我所料,這餐飯合共二千三百多元,到了要攞停車場泊車優惠,更不知所謂地要碌兩張visa卡才可有兩張泊車優惠,這間餐廳令我整餐生日飯都不太開心,不會再有下次光顧。
