To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳真係好適合打卡一族黎,由入口,等位區餐桌,去到廁所都充滿一陣复古味。佢牆紙係好華麗嘅花紋,周圍有啲古董味十足嘅擺設,感覺要換番身旗袍先可以襯返起呢度。最估唔到係呢度真係有台灣職員,即時俾人好正宗嘅感覺。佢餐牌有dinner set,亦都可以散叫,咁我哋唔係好中意佢啲set嘅配搭,於是都係散叫左。本身想叫嘅野入面有三樣都冇,但講緊個時係7點半咋,唔知係午市賣哂定點。最後我哋叫左一個烏龍茶香煙燻雞,古早味滷排骨同酥炸小魚。食台灣野當然唔少得滷肉飯同麻醬麵,所以我哋都各叫左一碗。想叫個菜食下,但就咁睇佢個餐牌都唔係好睇得明係咩菜打咩菜,所以最後都係放棄左。佢個雞我就唔係好食得出有茶香,但都有微微嘅煙燻味嘅,側邊仲有個黃芥末醬可以點,點住食會冇咁膩。不過可能係煙燻嘅關係,本身都屬於比較清,唔會話好油。而個滷排骨都有配左個醬同啲酸嘅醃菜係隔離,三樣夾埋一齊食最正。個排骨滷得好軟身,但又唔係好咸,點左個醬可以增加咸味,而啲酸菜又可以中和番佢喎!真係天作之合黎!酥炸小魚相對有啲失色,佢其實係炸鯷魚乾,但炸到好硬好難咬,仲要好咸,應識要送白飯或送酒先食得落。麻醬麵個麻醬同我哋平時食開水水地嘅唔

麻醬麵個麻醬同我哋平時食開水水地嘅唔同,佢真係落杰身嘅花生醬落去,唔知呢個係咪台灣正宗做法啦,但有啲食唔慣,撈完之後好乾同埋會結成一團。不過麵質就好彈,有啲手作麵嘅感覺。

而滷肉飯啲滷肉偏瘦,冇咩油香,而且滷肉汁都有啲不足,去到個底有啲唔夠撈。

整體黎講分量都唔算多,不過真係食個環境都抵呀!
