To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黃珍珍終於裝修完，一行六人到這裡食晚飯，枱與枱之間好闊落，坐得好舒服。叫左個$988/4人餐，加$318 改了咖喱蟹，另外加多左碟泰式炒粉和咸魚椰菜苗。冬陰功湯，酸度夠料也多，好醒胃。串燒（雞/豬）肉質仍有水份同好香炭燒味。大蝦柚子沙律，隻蝦好彈牙好新鮮，柚子又夠凍。炸蝦餅，蝦膠又係好彈牙，但伴碟嘅蝦片有啲淋左。南乳燒雞半隻，冇乜南乳味，而且吾太熱。馬拉盞通菜，味濃有獲氣。咖喱蟹，份量大但個汁好似浠左d。咸魚椰菜苗，夠味但系又系吾夠熱。泰式炒粉和法包，冇試。甜品拼盤，芒果糯米糍中間大大粒芒果肉，椰青水大菜糕夠甜又夠凍。埋單$1510/6位，好幾碟菜吾夠熱，有點扣分。
