To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚想食中菜,同朋友去呢間有米芝蓮推介嘅中菜館,容記,就係街口位置,好顯眼。格局係中菜酒樓格局,樓面一兩個侍應。我地一坐低就比餐牌上嘅$58燒鵝吸引,好抵食。黎到都幾大碟,有一隻燒鵝髀添,皮又甜又脆。另外揀左炸蝦餅($98),四大塊,新鮮炸出黎,好脆身,入面嘅蝦膠都幾厚身架。主食揀左海皇粉絲煲($88),有蝦球切粒,炒得好香,好惹味,都幾想encore哈哈。本身呢度前菜加兩位茶錢$35。最後連加一,每位$150左右。
