To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家有聽過蘭貴坊🇯🇵𝕋𝕠𝕜𝕚𝕠 𝕁𝕠𝕖的大名嗎?!💕 餐廳在1995年開業,當年是該區超有名的日本餐廳,在二十多年前已有廚師發辦供應😳,可算是本港的老店之一哦~聽說當年碧咸都是座上客,果然相當出名呢~ 店家在斜路之中,門面不算起眼。店內比想像中寬廠,而且充滿日式風格,配上古家具收藏品,特別有懷舊的感覺😙~ 「 ᴛᴏʀᴏ & ᴛᴜɴᴀ sᴀʟᴀᴅ🥗$220 」 甚有氣派的拖羅和吞拿魚沙律,魚肉相當鮮美,拖羅油香滿滿,不錯~ 「 ᴅʏɴᴀᴍɪᴛᴇ ʀᴏʟʟ🥑$185 」 招牌之一的壽司卷,用天婦羅蝦、牛油果、蟹籽和蛋黄醬調味💓,又脆又軟,也不俗。 「 ᴊᴏᴇs sᴇᴀʀᴇᴅ sᴜsʜɪ ᴄᴏᴍʙᴏ🍣$380 」 店員推介的炙燒壽司拼盤,有帶子、和牛、三文魚和拖羅😍。炙燒過的壽司,帶有微微焦香。當中最愛炙燒和牛,油香慢慢滲出,好好吃~ 「 ʙᴇᴇғ ɢᴏᴍᴀ ғᴜᴍɪ🥩$295」 軟腍可口的燒牛柳,是當晚我的最愛🫶🏻。肉質軟但有咬口,咀嚼間肉香和脂肪滲出,好香呢~ 「 sʜʀɪᴍᴘ ᴛᴇᴍᴘᴜʀᴀ🍤$160 」 由於覺得卷物的炸蝦不錯,所以我追加單點兩隻~ 「 ʏᴀᴋɪ ɢʏᴏᴢᴀ🥟$140
