𝙊𝙡𝙚, the Spanish restaurant is one of my favourite place to celebrate birthdays and special occasions! Approaching to their 26th year in Hong Kong, a time-limited spring menu is newly launched! Including game dishes, the menu showed references from the spanish tradition of big game hunting Monterías. It truly reflects the culture from Spanish owner, Mr Carmelo Lopez’s home country. 最近和朋友慶祝生日，到訪了這家位於中環雪廠街接近有26年歷史的Ole西班牙餐廳！
餐廳由來自西班牙的 Carmelo Lopez 先生創建，到訪時也看見他熱情地跟客人交流，當天也有不少人在慶祝節日，會有兩位樂手自彈自唱，好聽之餘也非常有氣氛！
而且他們最近推出了春季限定的西班牙傳統菜式Menu，當中更加有反映西班牙狩獵飲食文化的菜式，這次試了當中的4道，少見之餘十分美味，值得一試！
