最近和朋友慶祝生日,到訪了這家位於中環雪廠街接近有26年歷史的Ole西班牙餐廳!
餐廳由來自西班牙的 Carmelo Lopez 先生創建,到訪時也看見他熱情地跟客人交流,當天也有不少人在慶祝節日,會有兩位樂手自彈自唱,好聽之餘也非常有氣氛!
而且他們最近推出了春季限定的西班牙傳統菜式Menu,當中更加有反映西班牙狩獵飲食文化的菜式,這次試了當中的4道,少見之餘十分美味,值得一試!

我心目中香港西班牙菜the best
每一道菜都很合我的口味
調味豐富但不會膩
服務也是100分,親切而沒有壓力
環境也很優,餐廳有兩種裝潢,日照時坐近門口的位置,跟裡面的位置是完全不同感覺
也有LIVE的樂手


Weekend brunch是$498,卻比吃buffet還要飽,因為菜品真的真的非常多!!
菜品大概每個season會換一換,我這天的還是冬日菜單,可能快要更換了~

你星期六同老婆搵咗間西班牙餐廳試吓。其實呢間嘢都幾唔方便,搭車之後都要行條大斜先到。一入到去,環境非常好,我哋早兩日book咗位,但其實都仲有四五張枱未有人座,所以午餐係唔使特登book 既應該,可能因為價錢始終都唔平。餐牌得一款就係嗰日嘅set brunch, 其實前菜加加埋埋小食,未食主菜都有啲飽,主菜就叫咗和牛面頰同埋西班牙乳豬,其實有啲後悔嗰個和牛面頰,因為佢同其中一個小菜好似但個小菜個汁仲好食😂。我哋book咗1400,我哋last order係1430,1545要交台,建議大家book早啲,多啲時間享受吓餐廳環境,鍾意飲酒嘅朋友,可以慢慢品酒傾偈。

經Hong Kong Restaurant Week book左哩間位於中環既西班牙菜,之前想試好耐喇!果然冇失望Set menu 已經有好多款食物一開始黎既Padron Peppers, 食落唔辣,唔抗拒椒既😂可以食完一條接一條之後幾款Tapas 同樣出色Iberico Ham配tomato bread八爪魚配potato兩樣都好夾再到sizzling garlic shrimps, 上枱時仲係熱辣辣主菜我地叫左西班牙烤乳豬同和牛面頰乳豬好脆丫,share 會好啲,一個人食感覺都幾heavyWagyu beef cheek慢煮到好淋身到甜品都係每人叫左一款西方班菜點少得Spanish Churros, 配埋濃濃既朱古力醬😋😋以哩個價錢食到咁高質既西班牙菜,大家真係不妨一試👍🏻
