Restaurant Week is back! My friend recommended Ole Spanish Restaurant which she’s visited few times. Great food, nice decoration, and great service. Grilled octopus: Tenderized, grilled, and drizzled with olive oil. My friend loves it more than I do. I like the three pieces of cherry tomato more, which adds an unexpected earthiness and sweetness upping the grilled flavour of octopus.

緊接下來是烤西班牙八爪魚伴甜椒奧利汁,這是總廚Jesus Pascual 的自創Tapas坊間未必吃到喔!還用了西班牙直送到港的八爪魚來炮製,底部是粅粉淋的薯仔中間是煙韌的香燒八爪魚,上面綴以惹味的自家製甜椒蒜蓉蛋黃醬,必定要一口吃下去才能品嚐到那豐富的口感。

第5份前菜是西班牙巴斯克啡蟹多士,這道傳統的蜘蛛蟹Tapas用了蘿蔔、韭蔥、白蘭地、番茄醬及白胡椒,將大量的蜘蛛蟹肉烹至漿狀然後在面層灑上麵包糠再烤焗,工序非常繁複大家一定要好好細味,將充滿絲絲蟹肉的成品抹上多士上共嚐,多士香脆蟹肉鮮香超好吃就算淨吃也同樣吸引。

臨近聖誕,飯局自然多,呢個時候,食西餐當然比較貼題。今次,就去左本地一間老牌既西班牙餐廳Ole開餐。幾時先真正復常不得而知,但以家總算可以有樂手為客人高歌,感覺是添了一點氣氛。到訪當日,剛巧推出冬季節慶Brunch,每位$588。另加$198,就可以有果汁、汽水、Sangria等既free flow。套餐有齊六款Tapas,咸香既風乾火腿配番茄醬包肯定穩陣,佢仲放左啲芝士和火箭菜係面,我中意。西班牙青椒仔又係其中一款經典小食,店員話呢種做到『虎皮』既青椒仔,十隻之中有一隻會特別辣,好睇彩數,不過今次我哋食既呢兜,無一隻係辣的。有食過西班牙菜既朋友都肯定食過蒜片蝦,蒜片夾住爽彈既海蝦食,夠晒惹味,欖油都千祈唔好浪費,用麵包索晒啲精華,一流。將八爪魚切粒,放在薄薄的薯仔片上,配以自家製既蒜茸蛋黃醬,煙韌醒胃好食。跟住嚟既蟹肉多士,蟹肉成份超多,結合番茄醬、白蘭地等等焗到香濃可口,配脆多士肯定好味。有蘋果粒去中和鵝肝既油膩感,連罪惡感也同時減低。主菜有豬牛羊魚既選擇,當然仲有招牌既西班牙海鮮飯。個海鮮飯煮到入晒味,散發番紅花既清香,再混入埋八爪魚粒等,口感亦佳。面頭的兩隻西班牙紅蝦絕對是焦點

臨近聖誕,飯局自然多,呢個時候,食西餐當然比較貼題。

今次,就去左本地一間老牌既西班牙餐廳Ole開餐。

幾時先真正復常不得而知,但以家總算可以有樂手為客人高歌,感覺是添了一點氣氛。

主菜有豬牛羊魚既選擇,當然仲有招牌既西班牙海鮮飯。個海鮮飯煮到入晒味,散發番紅花既清香,再混入埋八爪魚粒等,口感亦佳。面頭的兩隻西班牙紅蝦絕對是焦點。超多羔,肉質細嫩又勁鮮甜,食到舔舔脷。呢個兩人份既西班牙海鮮飯要加$48,但我強烈推介大家去試。
