Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食得多西餐都有時會掛住中菜,尤其係同好耐無見既朋友食飯我都會偏好擇中菜為主,因為可以慢慢食慢慢傾.今次同朋友黎到呢間容記小菜王個名就聽得多但食就第一次食,今次食完之後整體既印象都相當好!濃湯手打魚腐浸勝瓜魚湯呈奶白色,入口帶一陣鹹鮮香味但又唔會帶腥味.勝瓜唔會煮得過份腍,入口仍帶有點爽脆口感.勝瓜好清甜而且吸湯力強,一咬就溢出湯汁.魚腐同樣吸湯,內裏魚肉香滑惹味.帶有爽脆既木耳增加層次感.上濃加拿大龍蝦配伊麵底既叫即製,上枱既時候新鮮熱辣辣.第一眼見到即刻雙眼發光!經上湯燴過既龍蝦及伊麵色澤鮮明,而且龍蝦望落相當飽滿雪白.龍蝦肉結實鮮甜而且相當有彈性.龍蝦肉給經上湯燴過後味道更香濃.底下伊麵唔會煮得過腍,夾起都唔會斷開,伊麵吸晒上湯及龍蝦既鮮味,變得好入味.
