To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無意中響Openrice 見到呢間食肆,令我諗起幾年前台中旅行去過嘅一間懷舊飯店,諗住食完飯慢慢欣賞其擺設同裝修,點知上到去同想像完全兩回事,地方比較夾窄感覺有點焗束,又唔可以揀位座,加上店員大多唔友善,我同媽咪食完都即刻走人。🥢台式豆乳雞 $70⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️唔好誤會豆乳係豆腐,其實係豆腐乳/腐乳,呢度啲豆乳雞炸得幾金黃香脆,內裡juicy嫩滑,淡淡腐乳香好好味,而飯又粒粒飽滿有飯香,推介!🥢台灣鳳梨牛肉麵 $75⭐️⭐️一上枱有啲失望,兩片鳯梨又細又薄,同menu個圖差好遠,而牛肉算入味但唔夠腍,食完黐晒牙,麵爽口彈牙掛湯,湯底有淡淡鳯梨味幾清新。🥢荔枝蘇打$15⭐️有荔枝香但甜得滯,飲咗兩啖放棄咗!二人共消費:$176後記:1)據聞有得訂位,但我打咗幾次都無人聽,上到去問我有無訂位,我話無,跟住店員無回應⋯⋯幸好上去等咗一陣好快有位。2)問店員個鳳梨牛肉麵辣唔辣,佢答我唔知,跟住我表明媽咪唔食得辣,佢都無動於衷唔去問,服務態度認真麻麻!
