To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店名令我好奇如何拆解「木十豆寸」,原來就係「樹」咁解,開頭以為店主係咪有啲特別意思,不過原來係因為店舖所屬嘅唐樓隔離有棵樹😆而唐樓建成年份係1963。1️⃣8️⃣3️⃣0️⃣ 晚飯時間🪵木 - 青木瓜、菜脯、醃鳳梨 $199/set🪵木 - 青木瓜燉排骨湯🪵木 - 宮保皮蛋骰子牛🪵木 老皮嫩肉🪵木 - 滷肉飯🪵木 - 凍黑糖珍珠鮮奶茶🌼個人很欣賞宮保皮蛋骰子牛,成碟炒得好香好惹味,或者佢落左青椒紅椒、洋蔥,吊出香味,皮蛋配汁撈飯一流(我又係汁控),牛肉軟滑,爆出嚟香。❤️‍🔥前菜正常,佢嘅醃鳳梨酸酸甜甜好開胃。而燉排骨湯好有媽咪煲湯嘅感覺、無味精。老皮嫩肉即係炸豆腐,外酥內軟,配醬食好香口;滷肉飯做得出台灣的感覺,整體不錯👍🏻烏龍茶香燻雞 $80 反而雞件雖然雞肉滑嫩,但就唔夠入味;可能因為咁佢隨碟伴咗芥末醬。雞肉飯 $30雞肉碎比較少,飯亦未食到雞香味,差啲啲。凍芭樂紅茶 $32呢杯聞到好香嘅芭樂味,已令我諗起台灣夜市了😌
