今晚同朋友去到尖沙咀嘅CHEF STAGE de Eddy Chu 食晚餐敘舊。 我哋一人叫咗一個五道菜套餐,每人都有一個乳酪鮮蝦芒果沙律,鮮蝦鮮甜,芒果加乳酪令到成個沙律一啲都唔膩,估唔到前菜就已經咁高水準。我同朋友各人要咗一個湯,我要黑松露蘑菇湯,質感好豐富,每一啖都有蘑菇肉,亦有黑松露嘅香味。朋友要咗個南瓜蟹肉忌廉湯,佢對個湯讚口不絕,一飲就飲得出南瓜係自己磨,同蟹肉配合得好好。前菜仲有清酒蟹肉日本年糕,每一次都會點好多芝士海鮮汁襯托個年糕,而每一件年糕都好有咬口。我叫咗精選雜扒作為我嘅主菜,因為可以一次過食到晒美國肉眼扒,黑毛豬,大蝦同埋雞扒,全部肉類都好可口美味。但我亦都好鍾意佢嘅紫薯同埋蘆筍。我朋友就叫咗一個海鮮餐,有日本帶子,大蝦,鮑魚,鮮蜆,而佢最鍾意就係鮮魚柳,煎得啱啱好。而且佢哋仲有加咗白蘭地嘅燒汁,用心得來有創意。最後係甜品,一人一件芝士蛋糕。餐廳地方唔算大,但係個景好靚。服務態度好好,值得一提嘅係佢哋煮食份外用心,例如每一次上菜,碗碟都係熱嘅,令到食物溫度可以保持,係好細心嘅表現。今晚真係好難忘。
