海鮮拼盤

用上大大個圓盤盛著新鮮海鮮加原條鮮魚,所有食材已經煮熟,店員提醒先吃海鮮,免得煮得過熟,一邊食一邊慢慢等蕃茄海鮮湯底煮滾,青口吸收了蕃茄湯底特別鮮甜多汁,鮑魚爽口彈牙,其他海鮮都非常新鮮,之後再飲碗蕃茄海鮮魚湯,湯頭濃郁鮮甜,充滿海鮮鮮味,主角原條鮮魚魚肉嫩滑鮮甜,入口軟嫩滑溜,非常滋味。

磯燒鮑魚 ~  上檯前已經用昆布味醂汁浸熟,  夠大隻, 切開鮑魚有番咁厚度, 鮑魚肉爽口彈牙, 味道香香甜甜地, 好味。

今日去左尖咀拎文件,同事推介我去Eddy Chu,在疫情環境底下,唔想坐在餐廳食飯,只好快快趣買外賣回公司食餐廳在19樓,搭lift上去果陣,感覺有種居高臨下,到達餐廳,望下餐牌,點完餐之後,侍應哥哥有禮地請我坐一陣,雖然我唔係坐去入面,不過遠望環境不錯,等疫情好番之後,一定要坐係度慢慢嘆,同埋欣賞下風景Lunch menu都幾多選擇,因為我係一個食肉獸😜所以最後決定揀馳名西班牙黑毛豬,lunch set有湯,有伴菜,有主菜, 仲有甜品。開頭我有d擔心唔夠飽,點知眼闊肚窄的我,食到最後係飽到反艇🤪🤪外賣一啲都唔馬虎,而且外賣盒分左幾格,包裝得好靚仔首先講個湯: 係蕃茄湯,呢個湯好蓉,最緊要又唔酸,仲有牛肉粒,好正呀另外仲有伴菜的薯蓉,開頭以為係薯蓉,點知原來係我至愛既芋泥做成,好香芋頭味,亦都好軟綿綿,一流之作至於個主菜: 有兩塊大黑毛豬扒,厚度適中,煎到剛剛好的熟度,入口唔會靭,黑毛豬的肉味香濃,而且有咸香味,而且肉汁超多,夠晒juicy,果然係招牌菜甜品係朱古力蛋糕,甜度岩岩好,疫境下都食到一餐咁高質外賣午餐,非常之滿足

濃濃的鮮蟹味,
湯中可見一絲絲的蟹肉,
份量還真不少,真材實料。

今晚去的餐廳在尖沙咀内街,享有無敵大海景。鮮蝦凱撒沙律除了有新鮮沙律菜,還有爽口蝦肉,清新開胃。忌廉蘑菇湯很滑溜,還有細細的蘑菇粒,增加口感。海鮮肉骨茶有鮑魚、帶子、蝦、魚和蘑菇,用料十足,還有香濃的肉骨茶味,很有新鮮感。米酒薑味爐魚柳除了有無骨的香滑魚柳肉,還有洋蔥、羽衣甘藍和蘑菇等,味道較濃。黑毛豬肋條肉份量十足,肉質稔而不韌,菠蘿和香草令人食後不會很膩,更配有紫薯蓉、粟米、羽衣甘藍和蕃茄這些健康配菜。紅桑子提拉米蘇與想像的有點不同,賣相美觀,而且層次分明,酸酸甜甜。

今晚同朋友去到尖沙咀嘅CHEF STAGE de Eddy Chu 食晚餐敘舊。 我哋一人叫咗一個五道菜套餐,每人都有一個乳酪鮮蝦芒果沙律,鮮蝦鮮甜,芒果加乳酪令到成個沙律一啲都唔膩,估唔到前菜就已經咁高水準。我同朋友各人要咗一個湯,我要黑松露蘑菇湯,質感好豐富,每一啖都有蘑菇肉,亦有黑松露嘅香味。朋友要咗個南瓜蟹肉忌廉湯,佢對個湯讚口不絕,一飲就飲得出南瓜係自己磨,同蟹肉配合得好好。前菜仲有清酒蟹肉日本年糕,每一次都會點好多芝士海鮮汁襯托個年糕,而每一件年糕都好有咬口。我叫咗精選雜扒作為我嘅主菜,因為可以一次過食到晒美國肉眼扒,黑毛豬,大蝦同埋雞扒,全部肉類都好可口美味。但我亦都好鍾意佢嘅紫薯同埋蘆筍。我朋友就叫咗一個海鮮餐,有日本帶子,大蝦,鮑魚,鮮蜆,而佢最鍾意就係鮮魚柳,煎得啱啱好。而且佢哋仲有加咗白蘭地嘅燒汁,用心得來有創意。最後係甜品,一人一件芝士蛋糕。餐廳地方唔算大,但係個景好靚。服務態度好好,值得一提嘅係佢哋煮食份外用心,例如每一次上菜,碗碟都係熱嘅,令到食物溫度可以保持,係好細心嘅表現。今晚真係好難忘。
