To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鮮海膽蟹膏藩紅手工意大利麵松露海膽意粉,賣相已經十分吸引👍🏻海膽非常新鮮甜美,食左之後,係會有一瞬間咩都唔想食住,只想海膽嘅香味繼續維持喺口腔入面。意大利麵彈牙有咬口,再加上用左蟹膏黎煮,香氣培增,味道嘅層次感立時提升。

慢煮美國帶骨牛小排,一上菜已經好香牛味,細緻軟嫩嘅口感令豬留下深刻印象,慢煮後加入適量海鹽,令到牛嘅香味更濃郁,另外配左個特制嘅醬,少少甜,都好好味。而且份量多, 食到飽飽的。

2杯mocktails,好飲過酒店嗰d添。粉紅色係Narcissus,少女粉紅,入口清新,散發荔枝同玫瑰嘅清香!另外一杯係ElderMelon,充滿水果香氣,有蘋果,西瓜,lime等,非常好飲。
