不時不食,又到了吃大閘蟹的季節,尤其十月過後,大閘蟹公最好食﹗ 知道帝京軒推出了「龍宮.蟹皇盛宴」,除了江蘇大閘蟹,更有元貝、花膠、斑球、糯米飯,即刻約朋友來聚聚。  第一道菜,先來懷舊芝麻虎蝦多士配金榜蟹粉醬,先不沾上蟹粉醬,直接咬一口,爽彈虎蝦與香脆多士已經好可口,再加上甘香鮮甜的蟹粉醬,非常惹味。 珊瑚元貝蟹粉鮮奶盞,鮮奶加上蟹粉同炒,驟眼看還以為是炒嫩蛋呢﹗入口細嫩幼滑,再配上元貝與三文魚籽增添鮮味。 接著是極度邪惡的甜梅菜一口東坡肉,我這塊脂肪層比較多,對於愛吃東坡肉的人來說,這才是最美味的一塊,炆得好入味,入口鬆化不油膩;香甜的梅菜與醬汁同樣美味,正好用底部的蔬菜來吸收所有精華,份外美味。   葛仙米泉竹花膠泡斑球,像綠豆衣的就是葛仙米,這道菜比較清甜,建議先吃肉質爽彈又鮮美的泡斑球,再吃花膠,膠原蛋白滿滿的。 最期待的清蒸江蘇大閘蟹終於出場啦﹗每位可享約四兩半公蟹壹隻。 我這隻大閘蟹都幾肥美多膏,蟹膏軟滑香濃又甘香,蟹肉幼嫩鮮甜,蟹爪部份同樣多肉,加上蟹醋同吃更美味。 吃過大閘蟹後,記得要飲薑茶驅寒呀﹗ 再有秋冬必吃暖胃菜式,荷香銀鈎臘味糯米飯,糯米飯口感乾爽又帶軟糯,加
