To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家疫情冇得去旅行,成日最掛住最想去嘅都係台灣。想好好享受下食台灣野,好自然就諗起呢一間餐廳。今次係第二次嚟,但係都好期待,因為佢嘅裝修擺設真係好有心思,令人置身於時光倒流嘅環境入面,細緻嘅程度好似去咗台灣嘅復古文青cafe,打卡真係一流掛住台灣,第一樣就係滷肉飯。所以就叫咗滷肉飯套餐,有一個台式滷味拼盤,仲有個前菜。賣相擺盤好精美,滷味拼盤有六種食物,相當豐富,蘿蔔豬耳海帶好入味,但豆腐同雞翼就唔夠味,比起上次食,味道好似失色左。滷肉飯就保持水準,滷肉分量超多,而且係半肥瘦,白飯索哂滷肉嘅汁同埋油份,每啖都好滋味。台灣野點少得台式飲品,本身套餐唔包飲品,但我都加咗一杯黑糖奶茶,佢嘅黑糖奶茶冇珍珠,但係會有一粒粒有黑糖味嘅蒟蒻粒?其實我都唔知係咩嚟,不過都幾好味同幾好𡁻
