朋友轉了新工後,一直沒機會聚聚,遇上了朋友生日,正好抽空來個午間小聚。地點就選了第一次造訪的「星宴」。餐廳位處W Hotel內,裝潢典雅而不落俗套,座位間闊落,感覺良好。南瓜蟹肉金魚餃($42)餃子皮搓得平均,絕不會一口粉的感覺,皮薄而且晶瑩剔透,望得見餡料,而餡料是鮮拆蟹肉及南瓜茸,那有不甜香的道理。荔枝柴炭香燒雞 (半隻)($338)雞皮烤得香脆,每口都有淡淡的荔枝柴香氣,雞肉恰到好處,試了幾個部位,肉質依然嫩滑,已是近年食過較有水準的了。鳯尾蝦多士 (三件)($88)炸得色澤金黃,毫不過火,咬落沒有油膩感,清清脆脆的聲音,在口中響起,好味。胡蘿蔔咸水角 (三件)($68)賣相真的似Q版胡蘿蔔,炸得酥化可口,餡料刴得夠幼細,的確睇得又食得。泰國鮮海蝦腸粉($98)用料靚已經贏了一半,原隻碩大的海蝦,爽口彈牙,腸粉皮拉得薄而且滑,水準極高,就連醬油都調教得平均,淡淡豆香提升了蝦的鮮味。貴妃海蝦泡飯($450)自己一向喜歡泡飯,尤其是飯粒蘸滿了鮮甜的湯汁,就更加令人吃過不停,濃郁芳香的貴妃湯,加入爽彈的蝦仁,與及脆卜卜的脆米,在口腔裡成了美妙的交響樂。火龍果山楂汁芝麻脆蝦球($398)

火龍果山楂汁芝麻脆蝦球($398)

酸酸地,帶有咕嚕蝦球的影子,但很欣賞醬汁由山楂汁調製,蝦球沾上了醬汁好惹味,蝦肉又大,加上爽口彈牙,超正。

我發覺杏仁茶同榴槤一樣,真係好考人,喜歡嘅會深深愛上,否則就會敬而遠之,無疑,師傅處理得相當好,杏仁味醇香而蛋白推得滑溜,結果是給秒殺了。

新疆棗皇糕 (四件) ($68)
質地煙煙韌韌,棗味好突出,微酸令人感覺不會太甜膩。
