飽汁炆鳳爪也似乎用上新鮮雞腳喎。

黑豚义燒炒飯比較淡味及無乜料頭。老火湯同蒸排骨也比較普通, 可以不吃。 

合桃酥反而但得一試即烤出來嘅口感同香酥氣味。跟平時室溫食相差很遠呢!

服務方面可以見到嘅情況是人手不足的。不過也可以理解的。這疫情下哪有餐廳不用最少人手做最多工作呀~

Was having a leisure weekday afternoon, we booked a table for 4 and tried out the dim sum in w hotel. Unlike other buffet, it wasnt a lot of people queuing to enter the restaurant.We were arranged to a corner table, the staff were very nice and the first round of dim sum was served pretty quickly.There were some missing orders, but generally we were still happy with the dining experience.

席間有朋友對杏汁是敬而遠之,正好可以選擇椰汁。

自己點了杏汁冰花燉燕窩,質感輕盈,杏汁味好香,但又不會過於濃稠,燕窩好滋潤,作為壓軸甜品一流。

如果閣下對中菜興趣不大,仲有KITCHEN、WOOBAR、外賣同住宿,真係總有一種適合妳!

因為疫情關係,好耐冇出去食野,今日黎左星宴食下午茶點心放題,其實都預早左一個多月之前訂位。餐牌嘅食物大部份都試過,比較出色嘅有燒賣,肉質札實,口感不錯。灌湯餃,湯頭鮮甜,餡料豐富,帶子大粒,蟹肉又多。皮蛋酥,熱熱地,酥皮好香,入面嘅蓮蓉吾太甜,好好食。合桃酥,微暖,鬆化,好味。珍珠雞,糯米帶點濕潤,餡汁調味適中,吾錯。蝦春卷,細細條,入面充滿蝦粒。义燒包,好多饀但汁吾夠,幸好個包嘅外皮好鬆軟,加返d分。牛肉球,肉質彈牙又啖啖肉。比較一般嘅有龍蝦湯鮮竹卷,鮮竹卷冇乜問題,正正常常,但個汁系西式龍蝦汁,有啲怪。小籠包及鮮蝦餃,都係個皮厚左d。芝麻糊,好浠又冇乜味。瑤柱石斑粥,應該將d白粥加左d魚肉,所以冇乜味。老火湯,只是清湯沒有湯料,所以估計系粉葛湯。南瓜蒸排骨,份量大,但排骨比較淡口。由3:30-5:30,食左兩個鐘,埋單 $500/2位,都ok 嘅,應該可以再嚟。
