To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家在牛頭角的黃店, 同樣是有澳門和咖喱王的名字, 同樣主打牛腩, 不知道它和佐敦那一家是否同宗. 沒有點咖喱牛腩, 想品嚐別家沒有或者較罕見的菜式, 於是點了麻辣牛腩飯, 還以為是麻辣湯汁浸着牛腩, 結果是清湯腩上沾著麻辣醬汁, 醬汁麻重度可以, 也帶有炒製過的香味, 辣度適中帶後勁, 只是其味道不能深入牛腩內, 味道有點片面. 牛腩沒有選擇特別部位, 肉香夠但有些牛腩肉質柴口, 幸好筋膜夠多夠腍, 令其口感不會太韌.川醬炒牛河, 夠鑊氣, 夠熱, 麻香味也能深入河粉和牛肉之中, 味道比麻辣牛腩飯更為突出. 可惜的是河粉太幼身, 也炒得有點斷續, 沒傳統吃下去的連貫性, 也許是因為加了川醬的關係, 油膩感明顯較多, 所以吃完之後下一餐要清淡一點就是.
