今日有個客人朋廣州過嚟,傾完合同嘅嘢剛好收工時間,老細就話同客人一齊出去食飯,本嚟淋住遷就佢去食川菜,但佢話係廣州好多年,早已經習慣食粵菜,而且聽講話香港粵菜做得好更出色,所以要求我地帶佢去老字號吧粵菜。講系老字號粵菜餐廳,就應該要去鳳城酒家,粵菜都比較精致,廚師系順德人,所以做得好正宗。就好似呢個鯪魚球,我地個個都一致話好食,鯪魚肉唔腥,做得好爽口。招牌炸子雞保持以往嘅水準,炸得皮脆肉嫩,雞肉本嚟肉質都唔錯,所以好有口感,應該系腌過先炸,所以味道幾足,蓮藕餅都算OK,豬肉碎同紅蘿卜碎一齊釀蓮藕,再煎,煎過后比較香,仲唔錯。不過炒牛奶就有D不如人意了,食落有D滯,算系呢餐飯嘅美中不足。

招牌炸子雞保持以往嘅水準,炸得皮脆肉嫩,雞肉本嚟肉質都唔錯,所以好有口感,應該系腌過先炸,所以味道幾足,蓮藕餅都算OK,豬肉碎同紅蘿卜碎一齊釀蓮藕,再煎,煎過后比較香,仲唔錯。不過炒牛奶就有D不如人意了,食落有D滯,算系呢餐飯嘅美中不足。
