已有幾年沒來鳳城酒家,原因是太多人,訂了位也總是要等,等都冇位企。心郁郁掛住佢啲傳統菜式,當家人提議去呢度食團年飯便舉腳贊成。它分兩個時段訂位,第一輪是6點,第二輪7:30,可想而知食6點嘅7:30一定起唔到身埋單走人,如是者我地15人最後8:30先有得入座⋯因為人多嘅關係,部份菜式要叫雙份先夠食。炸子雞唔錯,雖然皮唔脆,但雞肉嫩滑得嚟夠熟,加埋檸檬汁小朋友食到LAM LAM 脷。芫茜魚肚羹真係有勁多生芫茜,我夾走哂啲芫茜先食,個羹唔太咸,味道可以但不唔太特別。蓮藕餅是鳳城得意之作,一口咬下去能吃到蓮藕粒,與魚肉豬肉混在一起煎香,是送飯必備的菜餚。預訂了八寶鴨終於上場,鴨肉非常淋身出乎意料比其他餐廳的八寶鴨的味道較為淡,但依然足料,一大勺能吃到蓮子、蛋黃和鴨肉,啲鴨肉炆到淋哂連骨食好正我最期待的菜色是蝦多士,即炸多士外脆內軟,唔會油淋淋,出色豉椒鱔球都夠鑊氣,只係嫌鱔球少咗啲炒鮮奶比較令人失望,不知是否炒得太耐啲奶老咗,食落有啲鞋。咕嚕肉酸甜味十足,食落啖啖肉,很不錯甜品以西米焗布甸作結,熱辣辣,不會過甜,有陣陣蓮蓉和蛋香味,雖然好飽都要食哂佢!為咗食佢嘅招牌菜,等一個鐘都值得嘅。下次醒目食頭圍或者尾圍,就唔洗等得咁辛苦啦 continue reading

恭喜兩位同事做到好業績,所以他們請我們一群人來到這裡吃飯!首先要稱讚這裡的的炸子雞,雞皮是非常香脆的,但雞肉還保留新鮮多汁!再加上檸汁調味,來到這裏一定要試。之後就是也十分有名的蝦多士,個人很喜歡吃香口,又炸的食物,但好像有點太過油了。倒是試一件還可以啦。燒豬也做得不錯,不過價錢就真的比較貴了,這個性價比不高。支竹配魚腩味道好好,完全不覺得有魚腥味,而且支竹好入味,值得一試!當然還有很多點心,太為食無影到相,味道就不過不失啦。 continue reading

今晚一行七人到這𥚃食情人節大餐。炸子雞1隻,隻雞微暖,炸得有點乾身,一般。明蝦貼,蝦肉都幾大隻同埋都弹牙,多士不太油。薑汁芥蘭,薑汁味不濃,芥蘭應該灼過才炒,所以菜遠好淋身。生菜包,冇乜點試。咕嚕肉,皮不脆內裡肉質淋淋的,但加左d子𦍑又變得幾好食。椒鹽鮮尤,成晚最熱系這味,炸粉薄薄一層,尤魚又爽口,吾錯。桂花炒瑤柱,即系牙菜江瑤柱炒旦,炒得好乾身又有獲氣。鳳城炒飯,好似楊州炒飯,义燒、蝦仁、番茄粒好多料,d飯炒到粒粒分明。焗蓮蓉西米布甸(預訂),需然訂左但都等左好耐,個面焗到微微起焦,內裡西米同蓮蓉都比較浠,中看不好吃。埋單 $1406/7位,個人覺得北角鳳城比較出色。 continue reading

新年諗住開開心心食團年飯一家大細一早訂左位諗住試lee間酒家。訂左七時半接近八點先比到台企左近半小時都未有台都算一入到去地方又迫又窄坐到密麻麻不止外面還有很多人迫進餐廳要求位置。我坐的位置近門口可想環境有多惡劣!可見這間酒家在時間安排上有多差接近所有有訂位的人也等到鼓燥!環境也罷人們為的也是食物。但很可惜食物細件也不好吃乳豬燒焦了其他也是凍的魚也不嫩滑又硬又凍!我們也要了兩碟最出名的生腸。明明是數十元的街邊貨式収了我們二百大元一碟真的超不徝。這餐飯十四人吃了六千多全也是名過其實的貨式!真的不會回頭再吃!想試的朋友真的勸你不要浪費金錢來受氣吃行貨! continue reading
