老友慶生,老友識途,老而彌堅。由細食到大,還是這麼出色。1. 乳豬海節拼生腸:乳豬皮脆肉滑又冇肥,海節生腸爽脆。2. 窩貼明蝦:完集大蝦譲在麵包上,多士炸到通透甘香,肥美双飛大蝦啖啖肉,比西班牙Tapas 不煌多讓!3. 姜汁炒芥蘭:姜汁紹酒走起,炒到條條芥蘭翠绿,咬落爽脆,色香味俱全。4. 煎藕餅:傳統順德菜,魚肉加豬肉饀料中含蓮藕粒,吃落面脆肉腍又有咬口,完全滿足口感之慾。5. 蜆蚧鲮魚球:巧師傅如何撻鲮鱼肉到可以弹如乒乓波,加上果皮和蜆蚧香,令口不停嚼。6. 上湯炸粉果:先是皮脆饀香,然後浸到上湯(最多3秒),咬下脆中帶腍,又嘗到湯味,味蕾又要工作。7. 焗蓮蓉西米布甸:吾駛講,鎮店之寶,必吃之選,能跟西式甜點匹敵。 continue reading

阿姨帶我食好野,我仲以為自己去錯地方,因為去得太多新式酒樓,冇諗過原來舊得可以甘有氣氛,就好似去左阿姨年代既酒樓甘。地方細但有2層,只有一張精緻既點心紙,同一個小菜飯麵menu。D點心懷舊到呢.....好似帶左我番小時候甘。有D點心都未見過tim!全部即叫既蒸,非常新鮮。鳳爪是我favorite但味道就冇而家D酒樓甘好重味,清清地。雞C粉卷是細個既味道😍😍😍。蓮蓉包一籠2個大大個的。最特別聽都諗吾明既係上湯炸粉果?超級愛上,冇諗過粉果皮甘arm用來炸同好煙韌,個上湯...嘩😋😋😋😋從來冇飲過甘"金"香甘正既湯底,好香既金華火腿味呀!甘有歷史同回憶既地方買少見少,希望多D人支持老店,去幫襯多D,比下tips鼓勵下D做左甘多年既員工,希望依間酒樓可以keep住做啦! continue reading

週末例牌活動就係同屋企人飲茶今次就揀左太子呢間鳳城。位置夠方便,地鐵出口一分鐘唔使就見到。酒樓有兩層,眼見感覺大台佔比較多,我地雖然細台但都好好彩唔使等位。男朋友聽說過呢度既炒飯好出名,所以我地就叫左個「鳳城炒飯」。果然,真係好有著揚州炒飯既材料: 叉燒,蝦仁,蛋。特別既係加上蕃茄粒,感覺好新鮮。飯底夠濕潤,水份同油份既比例岩岩好。米飯粒粒分明,軟硬適中。三個人好快就食晒一碟,好飽點心方面選擇的確唔算多。我地叫左咸水角,鴨腳扎,燒賣仔,蓮蓉包。咸水角同出面既酒樓唔同,圓滾滾,比較挺身,外脆內軟。而其他點心就感覺差不多。之前試過銅鑼灣既鳳城酒家,對懷舊既灌湯餃念念不忘。但太子竟然係唔一樣既做法,有點失望。 continue reading
