To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去到九龍城都是食泰國菜或者火鍋,今次想轉下新口味,朋友就提議不如食蒸氣火鍋,自己就未試過,上網搜尋到一間蟹仙海鮮蒸氣鍋,評價不錯就一於去試吓👍入到店內店員就安排入座,遞上餐牌給我們介紹多款套餐,最後我們選擇了一款中等價錢的尊貴套餐$399,有八款海鮮🦞海鮮種類會因應當日新鮮到港為準。還有有機蔬菜藍及粥底。店員亦為我們把每一款海鮮蒸熟及控制時間,服務非常貼心。鮑魚蒸到啱啱好,爽口亦都唔韌。海蝦夠新鮮,肉質鮮甜爽口。貝殼類沒有沙,蒸起粒粒帳卜卜好好味😋大黃奄蟹和饅頭蟹肉質鮮甜肉嫩,咬落還有蟹膏,香濃美味。珍珠蠔色澤新鮮,食落一啲都唔腥,蠔味濃郁,不用點任何醬汁已經好好食😋琵琶龍蝦🦞蒸熟後顏色晶凝通透,啖啖肉,咬落鮮甜多汁。粥底鮮甜,因為集海鮮同配料嘅精華於一身,配料有粟米,芋頭及菜脯,囗感亦都很豐富。每人食了兩大碗🤤好滿足的一餐👍
