今晚同老婆去了這間新開不久的潮州菜館,平時中午經過見到都幾多款式的小菜,價錢亦都不算貴,小菜都是$60起,比集團式經營的茶餐廳還要便宜,所以今晚專呈幫襯一下。避風塘炒蟹:原隻肉蟹以避風塘方式爆炒,表面舖滿了炸蒜及辣椒,十分香口又惹味,蟹肉鮮甜又新鮮。豬油渣生炒菜心:菜心炒至翠綠爽口,而且完全無渣,細心去掉近菜頭部份,只留嫩位,所以十分爽脆。金凡魚翅撈飯:一大煲魚翅湯,紅燒翅味香濃,下面有大量的芽菜,豐富骨膠原,撈飯好味。
