响香港要搵潮州嘢食,其實唔係話太多,一係就比較偏遠,我係唔太願意專登搭車去果啲。今次搵到一間响尖沙咀嘅新派潮汕菜,上網睇過評價唔錯,加上上星期食完打冷意猶未盡,所以我地又一家人走去試下。我哋點咗9樣菜式,每碟都有驚喜,冇一樣嘢可以彈,加上非一般,可以話响香港難得一見嘅好service,真係抵佢响間間餐廳都叫苦連天嘅情況下都爆哂場。椒鹽白飯魚我本身麻麻地食白飯魚,但食落好鬆脆,加上好香嘅椒鹽味刺激味蕾,連唔鍾意白飯魚嘅我都讚好;玻璃乳鴿平時我係唔食乳鴿,一般都又細隻、又冇肉、又鞋,但佢嘅乳鴿反而啖啖肉,仲要燒到皮脆肉嫩,難得令我對乳鴿改觀;鹽水鵝呢個非常出色,滷水鵝就食得多,鹽水鵝就第一次食,佢味道冇滷水咁濃,而且帶好香嘅鵝味,呢個可以話係必點,呢個係No. 1推介;滷水拼盤有滷水鵝腸、滷墨魚同滷豆腐,鵝腸爽脆彈牙,墨魚好滑一啲都唔韌,最估唔到最下欄嘅豆腐,都可以做到咁滑,一般出面食嘅滷豆腐都係柴柴地,一係就好鞋,呢個亦都係必食;潮式馬友魚魚係起咗骨,魚肉好滑,雖然佢比埋普寧醬比我地點,但我覺得唔需要,已經好夠味;潮式凍蟹睇佢隻蟹唔係好大隻咁,但都唔少肉,而且肉質係剛好,冇過火,加上凍食都唔會有腥味,鍾意食蟹嘅人,一定唔可以錯過;鐵板XO醬魚標魚扣呢個都係其中一個驚喜,我未食過魚標係好滑,而且冇一舊會有好似香口膠嘅口感,加上XO醬一齊炒,帶少少辣,忍唔住要食多幾件;潮式炸蠔餅望落去好以好厚粉,其實係佢炸到好鬆,粉一啲都唔厚,而且爽脆,加上佢哋都落咗唔少蠔,我每夾一次都會有蠔,唔係得個脆皮,唔似出面食咁,食粉多過食蠔;涼伴魚皮食到都8899,但意猶未盡想加啲嘢食道啤酒,就問職員有咩好推介,佢就介紹呢款涼伴魚皮。唔好睇佢冇色咁,估唔到係味道豐富,而且帶中辣,食唔到辣嘅人會覺得好辣,佢真係冇介紹錯,反而會令人想飲多幾杯,呢位店員真係醒目。今次真係冇搵錯地方,食物嘅味道完全啱我口味,店舖環境唔錯,加上地點夠方便,同埋一樣服務好,响香港都好少會見到呢種service,佢唔係大陸式果種要恭恭敬敬,而係好似朋友咁,可以一齊傾下計。香港人最捨得食,如果好似呢度咁,就算唔係話太平,食到好食嘅嘢,店員又可以做到朋友咁招待,咁先可以做到有翻頭客。最後埋單加埋酒水,人均都係400幾,講真係絕對合理。其實我仲有好嘢都想食,佢嘅菜式都真係幾多,特別係我最想食嘅魚翅撈飯都仲未食,預計8月尾點都要嚟一次,睇下魚翅撈飯有幾咁巴閉。 continue reading

今次嚟尖沙咀搵返少少懷舊味道,特登試吓「金凡潮汕館」,主打潮汕風味,地方裝修得有古典韻味,坐得舒服,燈光柔和唔嘈。首先試咗佢哋招牌滷水拼盤,滷水鴨翼、鴨胗、豬耳、海帶都非常入味,鹵得好香濃,但又唔會太鹹。之後上枱嘅魚翅撈飯係重點,熱石煲內湯汁仍喺滾緊,魚翅細滑唔腥,湯底膠質豐富,撈埋白飯真係一流。沙爹牛肉炒河粉亦都交足功課,鑊氣足,河粉唔會黐埋一舊,牛肉仲有啲咬口,好香沙嗲味,唔油膩。總括而言,呢間潮汕館不論味道同環境都好有水準,價錢合理,值得回訪。適合家庭飯、老友聚會。 continue reading

今天和朋友來到尖沙咀這間有點老派氣息的潮菜館,沒想到食物水準出奇地穩定。整體味道偏實在,擺盤不浮誇但吃得出傳統手功。🥢 滷水拼盤份量十足,鴨舌、豆腐、豬紅滷得入味但不過鹹,入口滑而不膩,配白飯剛剛好。🍲 魚翅撈飯用上石鍋盛上枱,湯底溫潤有膠質,鮮香濃郁,裡面還有蟹肉和金針菇,拌飯一流。🍜 沙爹牛河則是出乎意料的驚喜。牛肉炒得夠香口,河粉不糊口,沙爹醬微辣帶甜,很有風味。環境是典型大排檔式茶餐廳風格,燈光充足,氣氛不拘束,適合一家人或朋友聚餐。 continue reading

一向都鍾意食潮州菜,今次第二次同朋友到訪,大家決定慢慢飲、逐個餸叫,難得店內侍應又好殷勤服務、對我哋逐個餸叫都無炸形黑面。 一見到雪櫃內一排原漿,即嚟三樽。 第一道上嘅自然係至愛鹽水鵃再配埋厚切墨魚 厚到好似厚切午餐肉咁,個鵝真係冇甩拖,連個厚切墨魚都好有驚喜,跟住個班腩涼瓜煲香到隔離枱都要望一望,下次點嘅話一定要特別加埋豆腐一齊去煲。 全晚味味合乎預期,唯一係個炸大腸 唔夠脆 同埋腸身薄咗! 呢間餐廳嘅價錢以尖沙咀計係非常合理。 單係為咗個鹽水鵝 我都一定會再嚟! continue reading
