To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上六點鐘便來到,時間尚早人客較少,服務員十分殷勤講解各樣海鮮特點。今晚試了尊貴海鮮套餐,有九款海鮮,包括野生膏仔蟹(即奄仔蟹)、太平洋饅頭蟹(侍應生話罕有的)、澳洲龍蝦、日本野生大赤蝦(本身可作刺身用),台灣九孔鮑魚、韓國釜山珍珠蠔、野生青口、紐西蘭刀貝蚌及月亮貝,海鮮款款新鮮。覺得最特別係打響頭炮的日本野生大赤蝦,蝦肉軟中帶一點點脆,非常鮮甜美味;其次就係多膏多肉的膏仔蟹,又係食到舔舔嘴👍,野生青口肉質也很軟熟,龍蝦的蝦膏也很甜美,全部海鮮都帶有海水鹹味不用再加醬油,最後蒸有機蔬菜,食埋用瀨尿蝦熬湯的鮮味綿粥。一分錢一分貨值得一試。
