朋友嘅生日飯,講到明想食海鮮,所以同佢哋銅鑼灣嘅蟹仙食下啲搭飛機嚟香港嘅海鮮。我哋叫咗一個最普通嘅套餐,包咗九款海鮮。一開始我哋就食咗隻日本野生赤蝦,佢呢個蝦嘅蝦膏真係好香,不過個蝦身就冇咁彈牙。然後就到嗰個龍躉片,大大塊啖啖肉,完全冇骨,食落真係好滿足。之後仲有台灣九孔鮑魚同埋日本珍珠蠔,雖然呢兩種都會縮水,但係味道真係好鮮味。然後就係刀貝,職員介紹嘅時候都同我哋講佢哋呢度嘅貝類全部都唔需要點豉油,因為全部都會有海水味。最明顯嘅就係呢個月亮貝,職員更加係千叮萬囑唔可以點豉油,因為其實你就咁睇都睇到佢表面上嘅鹽花,真係滿滿嘅海水味同埋鮮味。另外佢呢度嘅青口都好唔同,好多時食到嘅青口都係雪藏冇晒味,但係佢呢度嘅青口真係好鮮甜。食完晒啲方便嘅嘢之後就開始食啲要落手嘅嘢,首先係呢個澳洲青年龍蝦,佢啲肉都幾彈牙。不過我最鍾意嘅都係菲律賓奄蟹,因為佢啲膏真係好香好滑。然後佢啲蟹肉又帶有淡淡嘅海水味,同樣都係好鮮甜。食完晒啲海鮮之後就食埋個粥底,佢呢度嘅粥底係加咗排骨同埋芋頭粒,職員話因為佢哋嘅粥底係冇落味精,所以味道比較淡,建議我哋可以加啲菜舖落去調味。食完晒之後,仲有個椰汁燉雪燕做甜品。另外,我哋仲叫咗一喳蜜桃汁,佢呢個蜜桃汁唔會太甜,顏色都同我哋平時飲嘅唔一樣,不過都幾好飲。 continue reading

今晚陪家姐去食蒸海鮮, 因為他非常喜歡吃海鮮, 加上最近在飲食控制中, 海鮮高蛋白又低脂,無疑是很佳的選擇。餐廳選了在銅鑼灣的這家, 因為順便可以去撿住崇光感謝祭的尾巴去逛逛。我們選了449套餐, 有九款海鮮, 包括半隻膏蟹,龍躉魚片,澳洲青年龍蝦半隻,台灣九孔鮑,日本野生大赤蝦,大西洋野生青口,日本野生白刀貝,紐西蘭月亮貝及釜山珍珠蠔。海鮮蒸爐下會先放排骨粥底, 所以海鮮的精華會浸透到粥內,最後吃時粥會更鮮味。在這裡吃海鮮是半殘廢式的, 因為所有海鮮服務員都會過來幫你逐款按最佳時間蒸好再送到你面前,我們可以很輕鬆自在的聊著天等食。服務員先把其中七款海鮮奉上, 排在大圓碟上內容很豐富。先蒸的是赤蝦, 肉質鮮甜彈牙,蝦頭很有膏,絕對不能錯過。九孔鮑也很好味。珍珠蠔就比較小隻,但也很甜帶微微海鮮鹹味。幾款貝類如青口刀貝及月亮貝因為是深海的,所以較濃味,鹹度高,服務員也提醒不要沾醬汁,我吃著是比一較吃到的鹹,但也吃到鮮味,處理乾淨完全沒有沙。接著是主角蝦兵蟹將,上桌已看到豐富的膏。小龍蝦很彈牙,且很新鮮,以蟹义輕輕一撬就能把整條蝦肉拉出,一口吃非常滿足。半只蟹也是很有膏的,蟹肉很鮮甜。這頓海鮮各款很新鮮,質素頗高。還有蒸蔬菜,絕對的營養均衡, 最後喝兩碗海鮮粥, 很滿足。 continue reading

餐廳主打海鮮蒸氣火鍋,各種新鮮時令海鮮都會係蒸氣鍋內、配上最佳時間蒸熟。而食到最底會係鮮甜既海鮮粥。所有海鮮都係即叫即劏,食嘅時候先劏可以令啲海鮮唔會氧化〰️✨尊貴海鮮套餐 特價$449位🦪台灣九孔鮑魚都夠大隻,入口肉質彈牙又軟稔,鮮味十足🐚日本扇貝扇貝肉身豐厚,連啲汁都鮮味十足🪨大西洋野生青口原來呢隻青口價錢仲貴過鮑魚,食落好多汁好鮮甜!🦐日本野生大赤蝦好厚肉!蝦肉入口結實,而且蝦頭有很多蝦膏🐡日本深海石斑一夜干一夜干哩個名之前都聽過,原來係指石班魚,經風乾後,讓魚肉肉質更緊實,蒸煮後入口鹹香風味更實在同突出,食落好厚肉同好滑🦀菲律賓野生奄仔膏蟹罕有既菲律賓野生奄仔膏蟹,店員告知香港只有幾間海鮮批發商可以攞到貨,所以市面上係比較難搵。奄仔蟹啖啖厚肉,而且蟹膏味道甘香濃郁,質地好好蛋黃咁非常甘香,值得一試🦞澳洲青年龍蝦呢隻龍蝦係公,以蒸鍋蒸至剛熟,龍蝦肌肉發達,每個細節位都生滿肉,肉質鮮甜爽口彈牙最後值得一讚吓佢哋服務好好,每次蒸海鮮都會幫手同介紹得好詳盡,較好時間,等客人安心食用👍🏻 continue reading
