To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好朋友今個月生日,佢喜歡食海鮮,我請佢去食蒸海鮮,蟹仙海鮮蒸碢大公館主打蒸氣火鍋,配以各種新鮮時令海鮮以蒸氣石鍋方式蒸海鮮,令海鮮保持原汁原味。餐廳設有多種不同配搭的套餐,豐儉由人,亦可以散叫。我哋揀咗其中一個尊貴海鮮套餐,一共有九款海鮮和一個有機蔬菜籃。海鮮會因應時令和當日供應為準,務求有最新鮮嘅海鮮供客人享用。所有食品都係由店員在客人面前蒸,蒸嘅時間計算亦準確。蒸海鮮前,店員會先將粥底食材放入鍋內,再放上蒸架開始蒸海鮮。韓國釜山鰻魚:鰻魚厚肉冇骨,口感脆彈。野生膏仔蟹:蟹膏呈鮮黃色,味道甘香鮮美。澳洲青年龍蝦:龍蝦肉幼嫩鮮甜,爽口彈牙, 蝦頭還有鮮甜蝦膏。台灣九孔鮑魚:口感比較紮實、有嚼勁。韓國斧山珍珠蠔:味道鮮美冇腥味。紐西蘭刀貝蚌肥美肉甜。大西洋野生青口味道鮮甜。加拿大野生虎蝦鮮甜彈牙。蟹皇大元貝,加咗蟹皇嘅大元貝鮮上加鮮,鮮甜味十足。有機蔬菜籃,蒸蔬菜是最好保持蔬菜營養,食落十分清甜。食完海鮮就可以食粥底,店員加入蔥花菜脯可以增加口感,粥底綿滑,因為蒸海鮮嘅精華滲入鍋底粥內,味道非常鮮甜。最後仲有甜品送,椰汁雪燕,雪燕有滋陰潤肺,有益健康。
