呢幾年車仔麵貴左好多,相對食少左。但係偶然都會懷念個種傳統腩汁溝沙爹湯底嘅味道。今日係旺角決定放縱一下,食兩碗車仔麵。佢有唔同配搭,我分別叫左六餸油麵同九餸瀨粉。配料相當豐富。牛肚和牛筋牛柏葉係食車仔麵一定會嗌嘅,特別推介糖心蛋,熱得入味又唔會煮過龍,完美地提升了整體口感。豬紅豆推介。有我鍾意的牛筋丸。而腩肉都入味。咖喱魚蛋的味道令搭配的麵條增加額外嘅香氣。豬耳和豬皮的脆口感則為整碗麵增加了不少風味。鳳爪的醬汁滲透得很好,菜肉餃的餡料也豐富,讓人覺得十分滿足。另外叫左碟腐乳通菜補充番啲膳食纖維。另外,小吃方面的辣魷魚和豬腸鴨血都值得一試。辣魷魚的口感嚼勁十足,辣味適中,覺得唔夠辣嘅朋友仲可以額外添加魔鬼辣椒油,保證夠辣。豬腸鴨血則香滑,香香辣辣,是不錯的下酒菜。
