To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朋友自遠方來,不亦樂乎!帶佢食下我經常幫襯嘅其中一間中式餐廳!呢排都心掛掛想食,因為前排食得西餐多,好似太heavy, 想食番多啲中餐中和下!lunch time 都唔少人排隊,不過朋友已經入左去等我呢間最馳名嘅叉燒包係酥皮食過翻尋味外脆內軟,餡料十足,口感極好,比一般包皮更脆我自己一個都會成日食呢碗鳳爪排骨飯 蒸飯特別香、軟熟,我食鳳爪、朋友食排骨,2個人share, 仲可以叫多啲點心!包括燒賣,點心專門店真係好足料!肉餡好彈牙其實仲有食到蝦腸、蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕係我最愛之點心,煎得香脆可口,點少少辣醬好滋味不過唔記得左影相人均消費$66/$67,抵!
