本身以為The Pearl會係啲好formal四正嘅酒店fine dine 餐廳, 實情係走中世紀藝術風偏型格路線,一邊用餐,另一邊cocktail bar,仲有露天位置。是靚晚分別叫咗兩個前菜,兩個主食,呢度cocktail咁出名,梗係要試埋。 《Seared Hokkaido Scallops $108》四粒巨型帶子煎得啱啱好,外微脆內軟,唔係食緊瑤柱。上面有miso薏米點綴,下面有枝豆蓉襯托。 《Smoked Salmon Cheese Rolls $98》 三文魚同芝士係絕配。包住清脆bb青瓜同海帶,top with 蟹籽,味道夾到dum一聲。 《Braised Australian Beef Cheek $328》慢煮牛面頰燴得超級軟腍!肥瘦適中,肉質一絲一絲 ,入口都唔會黐牙,附上和牛薯餅伴碟。 《Grilled Australian Lamb Striploin $158》煎得粉紅粉紅的澳洲羊西冷唔會un,唔會羶,但都食到有羊味。伴菜都好有心思:特製薯蓉;爆汁超甜蕃茄仔;bb矮瓜;煎黑蒜;仲有用蔥環套住嘅long Beans。 《Figgy Bliss $140》 前調聞
