假日和老婆在灣仔閒逛，百無聊賴不如吃點好東西。打開網頁看見明閣在灣仔有分店，見時間尚早就試試walk in ，幸運地又比我哋攞到位。來到餐廳，入門口首先看見的是一個精緻典雅的酒吧，整齊的酒櫃令我忍不住在酒吧位和老婆喝了兩杯Cocktail為今天的假日點綴一下。入座後點了琥珀甜桃仁作為開胃小食，糖衣輕輕包裹着香脆的合桃，散發出的芝麻香氣配上餐廳的指定紅酒喚醒了我的味蕾魚子醬蟹肉大良炒鮮奶鹹鮮的魚子醬配上滑嫩且濃郁的炒鮮奶，口感綿密，中間仲有一疏疏的蟹肉，每樣食材都是我的最愛，每一口也洋溢鹹香。芝士焗釀鮮蟹蓋明閣的招牌菜，造型精美，脹卜卜的蟹蓋釀滿了蟹肉配上芝士做點綴，蟹肉份量闊綽，啖啖鮮甜蟹肉，雖然是芝士焗但奇妙在毫無油膩的感覺，簡單但無懈可擊。要說挑剔的地方是進食時蟹蓋會經常移位，要用手扶着蟹蓋吃有失儀態。鳳梨咕嚕黑毛豬柳首先要讚一讚鳳梨非常鮮甜無渣！黑毛豬柳彈口卻同時非常柔嫩，豬味濃！鳳梨甜！材料上乘，咕嚕汁調味甜酸剛好，當堂食慾大振！不足之處是炸衣不夠酥脆。明閣招牌炸子雞不用多介紹，皮脆肉滑是基本，師傅火候控制工架高超。炸子雞散發出誘人的香氣，令人難以抗拒，伴碟的蓮藕刨成薄片非常講
