今日嚟咗呢間位於中環嘅法國餐廳到食,餐牌選擇都好多。龍蝦湯龍蝦湯好濃郁又夠鮮味,口感好厚身,配埋塊烘過的麵包黎食,好夾。蘑菇多士蘑菇係用白汁煮成的,多士切到細細塊,共有8塊,將濃郁的白汁加上軟身的蘑菇,擺上脆身的多士上面食,真係會唔覺意食多幾件。慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包牛面肉調味做得剛好,入口好淋得黎又夠肉汁,配埋車厘茄嚟食,好match。日本鮮帶子檸檬汁初榨橄欖油意粉帶子總共有四粒,煎到個生熟程度啱啱好,唔會過咗火,意粉係好有口感夠煙靭,加埋個橄欖油嚟食好香。另外叫咗個是日甜品: 焦糖香蕉撻配雪糕,香蕉應該係有經過處理,帶點煙韌,係我第一次食的口感,雪糕係焦糖味雪糕,中間有啲chips,好有咬口🥰總括嚟講,呢度環境舒服,雖然喺open kitchen,但唔會聞到有油煙味。樓面甚至廚房職員好有禮貌同埋好主動。
