To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友講金百利有間性價比好高既餐廳，今日就同佢一齊黎試下熱綠茶牛乳飲落幾滑但綠茶味淡，無牛乳味反而覺得似豆漿雖然味道有啲貨不對版但佢係杯好味既綠茶豆漿日本芝士年糕熱辣辣既時候趁熱食真係好正芝士仲熔緊，差啲差啲就想流出黎有一點可以改善既係個麻糬部份可以更軟糯，煙un冷豆腐雖然只係一舊豆腐但賣相好有心思食味道之餘都可以欣賞一下豆腐鋪上了木魚，甜甜酸酸的醬汁浸著類近冷麵汁味道的清汁頗開胃蒲燒饅魚飯每次食饅魚飯，最怕佢比細細條饅魚我，但又有大大舊飯，魚同飯完全不合比例最後要硬哽啲飯呢到條饅魚算得上較大仲好肥美，厚身有燒香左既饅魚味值得一試臨走時仲見到生猛松葉蟹下次仲唔食左你
