To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大學時期曾到上海做intern，最愛上海嘅小籠包、賽螃蟹同豆沙鍋餅，今日嚟到中環上海弄堂終於食到久違嘅地道滋味！ 前菜 $10，茗茶 $5/位前菜一點都不馬夫，香脆花生拌入辛麻香料，帶微微麻辣味，十分惹味。小籠包(4隻) $40小籠包皮薄之餘夾起又唔會穿 , 一口咬下香濃肉汁伴隨嫩滑肉餡蜂擁而至。賽螃蟹+蛋黃 $108賽螃蟹係一道幾考功夫嘅菜，蛋白炒得夠嫩滑，加入少少魚肉，食之前再混入生鮮蛋黃，食落很有層次。薺菜餛飩 升級響螺蟲草燉雞湯 $70餛飩皮又軟又滑，薺菜餡非常鮮味，響螺湯無加味精，味道自然，滋補養生。豆沙鍋餅 $45呢度嘅豆沙鍋餅很有驚喜！餅皮鬆脆無比 , 咬落內層又煙煙靭靭，口感極佳，皮同餡比例恰到好處，唔會太甜，出色！
