To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次竟然由星加坡好朋友帶我來這裏食飯，真係好地道、好有特色🤩，而且味道係超水準的（5⭐️最高）二人滋味套餐 ▶️黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕（半份）係用傳統星加坡嘅黑醬油加入菜脯粒同埋蘿蔔糕一齊炒🤩，所以呢特別香，亦都有有咬口。 ▶️星州海南炸豬扒配香米飯豬扒外層用了薄薄炸粉，炸至脆皮，加入秘製汁及有青豆做點綴，汁有甜甜酸酸嘅感覺，所以特別開胃😋。 ▶️文華海南雞飯（雞胸）香米飯跟傳統的都是一樣會配上三色醬料及清雞湯😚。揀選的雞胸肉😌⋯⋯好滑溜、好易入口，而且無骨😍。▶️醬油生菜🥬份量都足料，加入醬油及干蒜片。生菜咬落爽口彈牙😜▶️熱錫蘭奶茶茶底比較濃郁，但係飲落去都有一種好滑嘅感覺▶️熱有機雜莓茶雖然是茶包，但係選擇嘅種類其實都幾多🤩，今次飲雜莓茶，飲落去一啲都唔酸，而且係好特別嘅感覺😋。
