Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做完facial,逛逛下去左K11 musea,行下街又睇下野咁,好耐冇黎呢度就諗住係呢度食埋晚餐。好,坐低睇下有咩好食先。招牌珍寶帶子喇沙,喇沙汁好濃稠,而且味道很好,唔太咸。帶子大粒又新鮮,煮到剛剛好,係爽口級別。豆卜索晒汁,神級邪惡。魚片白淨,食落好彈牙。米線份量都唔少,最緊要都係湯汁夠,個米線就更好食。椰子雪糕新地,雪糕有椰絲,食落好椰好香,上面仲有粒粒花生碎,生果有藍莓、菠蘿、亞答子三球雪糕勁滿足。 continue reading

星期四既晚上人流唔算多,而且座位寬敞,相對坐得舒適。🍛星加坡炒飯拼沙嗲串( $138 ):炒飯有鑊氣及飯粒分明,而沙嗲醬亦很出色,用嚟撈飯一流。唯一蝦片唔夠脆,可能放咗一段時間。🍲咖喱豬肋骨飯配薄餅( $152 ):咖喱唔算太辣,豬肋骨雖然煮得唔鞋口,但略嫌唔夠入味,內裏冇索到咖喱汁。但兩塊薄餅非常有驚喜,沾上咖喱汁加上脆口又薄,值得一試。餐廳另設加一,兩人埋單共$319 ,由於地點方便,下次會再次光顧。 continue reading

每次嚟依到食,我一定食海南雞。返咗嚟幾日即刻去食海南雞飯,太掛住了。雞身好好好滑溜,少少肥,又無骨,油香豐富但又沒有油膩感。要起雞骨又真係唔易。最仲意就梗係佢碗飯。香噴噴但無油膩感,真係想食多碗飯另外叫咗個炒河粉燴牛肉。初時以為係好似乾炒牛河。原來係將炒好的河粉,再配上汁上的牛肉,咁就一定唔會熱氣。可以叫多碗飯嚟撈汁。佢仲有其他好嘢食。比如咸蛋雞翼。太飽,所以無叫到。而我下次都諗住叫星洲彩色刨冰,睇吓好唔好味。 continue reading
